Hotel is located far from City Center

Food was lovely, half board worked for us. Room was fine, liked we had a balcony. Location great however not in Lanarca just outside of it. Staff were lovely, if you like cats which we do you would get on well. The food was really nice, I think they could charge more. :) Small selection though. Would love to go back.

Bathroom was fine, however couldn't sit properly on the loo if your tall/long legs.

2 lamp bulbs in room didn't work. Actually my fault, if I had asked, I suppose they would have changed them immediately

Clean and tidy with good location.

Shower did not have a holder, so it was difficult to shower and impossible to wash my hair. Reserved a room with a bathtub only to find that there was no plug so it was unusable. AC made noise all night, even when it was off, and walls were very thin so didn't sleep very well. No hand soap in the bathroom is unhygienic and very disappointing. Breakfast was very limited, and there was grit in the coffee.

it was dated and unclean.. towels changed every 3 days which is unacceptable in a hot climate that you are frequently using

Hotel staff were lovely. Location and restaurant surrounding the hotel were lovely.

Hotel was well worn, needs a refurb. Paid for breakfast but did not have any as was terrible.

The location is good. very close to the beach and overall the facilities are good. The swimming pool is great and overall the hotel is clean.

Where do I start, the lift was a bit suspect at most but did the job and only stopped on the 3rd floor so one needed to go up one set of stairs which alone isn't a problem, however, the light in the corridor leading up to the 4th floor wasn't working. The corridor was dark. I asked only to be told that the lighting situation has been like that for more than 2 and a half months. Their breakfast and dinner times can be improved. 8-10 am for breakfast on weekends is too short, dinners were meant to be from 7 to 9 PM but at about 8:40 PM there was nothing left.
