Lage sehr gut, Frühstück einwandfrei, Parkplatz hinterm Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich,
Zimmer war warm bei außen 29 Grad am Tag, ein Ventilator würde viel bringen, Bett war weich oder Matratze schon anfangs durchgelegen - war noch akzeptabel

Super Lage, sehr zentral. Sehr sauberes & für Stadthotel grosses Zimmer. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück 😀
Klaustrophobischer Lift … Edamer Käse… es braucht sicher nicht 7 Sorten aber das Schweizer Herz blutet bei Edamer 😂

OK hotel for one night. Friendly receptionist.
Black hairs under the matrass cover and in the shower cabin. It was quite warm at the room, even with a ventilator

Cosy little room at a great location with friendly staff. And 10% discount in the restaurant! We eat some of the best pizza in years here 🙂

Had to wait till 3pm for reception to open, luggage could be stored in dark dingy basement area unsecured with a door open to outside a couple of floors above.
Room was unbelievably hot with no fan and unable to leave window wide open due to thunderstorms that went on most of the night.
Had I paid 60-70 CHF fir the room I would have been OK but 125CHF was grossly overpriced for a tiny, stuffy room compared to same paid for light airy room in Chur and Ascona.

The location is great really close to the train station. A staff was nice. the hotel and room was clean and if you stay on the high floor there will be an elevator. it also includes breakfast that easy going. To sum up if you going to Bellinzona I definitely recommend this place.

Location is excellent, right near old city and train station, but it was noisy as our windows were exactly on the train station side. We got upgrade to a room with amazing view though. Breakfast was OK, nothing exceptional, basic but good.

Central location, nicely renovated room, big terrace with the room, good breakfast.
The renovated rooms should also have hanger for coats on the wall and the "Do not disturb" sign to put on the door, just like the older rooms.

Why are you advertising that the reception is open until 10pm, when there is nobody to man the reception from 7pm onwards? We had to pick the key in a locked box(it worked). Furthermore climbing the stairs in the dark (lights not working) carrying luggage with small kids wasn't what we call a nice arrival. This is dangerous!

location and cleanliness
the booking said TV but none in the room. the room itself was incredibly noisey from the street/ train station and the lift going up and down so we had very little sleep. Also we were not able to access wifi in the room so had to sit in corridor

Location is very good, right in the main street of town and very close to the station. Has paid parking onsite as well as a restaurant. Breakfast is varied and good.
No air conditioning or bar fridge. Can leave items in restaurant fridge.

A no frills, but perfect hotel for what I needed. Nice room, really good location for the city and railways station and a really nice breakfast in the morning.
There was no air conditioning in the room, but it didn't detract and I still got a good nights sleep, despite the temperature.
There were also no European plug sockets in the room, only in the corridor.
