Lindo lugar y buen desayuno

Cada vez está peor manejado el hotel. Por ejemplo previamente a la salida del sauna había un dispensador de agua para volver a hidratarse, cosa que ya no es así. Además, me parece que sería un mínimo el que hubiesen botellas de agua de cortesía a diario en las habitaciones, porque luego de haber salido a caminar o estar en el sauna, a los huéspedes habitualmente nos da sed y sería fantástico no tener que salir a comprar agua porque en el hotel se niegan a darnos un par de botellas extras. También sería bueno que las pantuflas estuviesen disponibles en la habitación desde el momento de la llegada y no tener que ir a solicitarlas por favor a la recepción. Otra cosa muy molesta es que uno no puede salir libremente del hotel en la tarde a pasear o algo porque tienen restricciones de horario como si fuese una pensión. Por último, creo que sería ideal que el sauna estuviese a más de 30°C sobre todo si disponemos de sólo 15 minutos para utilizarlo, porque de otra manera, simplemente no se cumple su función. En resumen, es mejor gastar un poco más e ir a otro hotel cercano // The hotel is being worse managed every time I go there. It would also be nice to get courtesy bottles of water every day, because after a day out walking or in the sauna, you may get thirsty, and it is kind of lame having to leave the hotel to buy water because they are denying it to you. Also it would be great to have the slippers already in your bedroom as you get there, and not having to go out to the reception to ask for them. Another annoying thing is that you can´t go freely out in the evening because there are restrictions as if you were in a student's residence. And it would be a good idea if the sauna was set at more than 30°C, especially if you only have 15 minutes to use it. Finally, I think it would be better to pay some more money and stay somewhere else nearby

This hotel is excellent!! Love the sustainability program and its efforts to make it more eco-friendly. The room was well-heated, and the balcony was great. You have to make a reservation if you want to use the Tinaja, but it is completely worth it, and they give you a reasonable amount of time! - Don't forget to have dinner in the restaurant; the menu was phenomenal! The breakfast in the morning was good too.

The access road, is a little tricky to locate the hotel.

The location was very beautiful and serene, with a beautiful area for hiking. The staff were very polite and friendly. A hotel with very good atmosphere, the restaurant offered good food. Overall we had a great experience.
