- Friendly staff at bar (Nikolas?!) and breakfast - great location 5 min walk to beaches - free continental breakfast basic but still welcome (coffee, boiled eggs, cheese n tomatoes, some pastries) - Air conditioned and relatively quiet and private

- Beds firm and uncomfortable, single beds pushed together to make a double - Shower was okay, shower head very reactive to water pressure, meaning it was difficult to keep direction fixed

Helpful and friendly staff! :) Location is very good - close to the beach, tavernas, shops, car rentals etc. All area of Kefala is simply beautiful! :) Our room was very nice and cozy. It was cleaned daily.

Breakfast could be better.. also, we couldn't shut our room doors without a noise.. and you can clearly hear that no one could.

Everything is perfect. Couldn't wish for better holiday. Hotel spotless as usual. They changed the mattress covers and now the beds are comfy. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast is pretty basic, but for me it's more than fine. I still think it's the best value for money in Kefalos.

The only thing that I think is missing is a toilet brush in the bathroom. Any simple one would do. I little bit strange to cope without it.

Very nice family-run hotel in a nice and calm area in Kos. There are many returning guests, but also as a newbie you're treated in an excellent and friendly way. Guests love to sit by the pool and enjoy a drink or two until late in the evening. We used the hotel mainly as a starting point to visit the island, and I can confirm that it is very conveniently located. Parking it's easy and just in front of the hotel. In the surroundings one can find everything he needs in terms of shops and restaurants. Cleanliness is excellent, you can always see some cleaning going on, although in a discrete way. Our superior room was very spacey and well equipped, with internet access and a water boiler for tea. Fridge and a small kitchen basin is also provided.

Sound isolation could be better, but guests were very respectful and there was no noise after midnight. The area gets very quite at night, so you'll have anyway a good sleep. Breakfast can be improved: put some fresh bread and a pot with Greek yogurt and cereals/nuts/honey freely available and you'll reach perfection!

Great Hotel with great staff. Lovely place for familly with or without kids. Real familly runned business.

Staff is the best. Relaxed, nice and helpful. If you have a problem, it is resolved quickly. Great location of the property. Nice pool area. They have some new air condition units that are very silent and effective.

Only downside is that you hear everything from the neighbours room, banging doors from the hallway, ...

Great rooms. Super clean lovely breakfast wonderful staff would def stay again walking distance from beautiful beach. Everything about it is excellent Family run lovely atmosphere

Nothing it was all fab

The staff were super friendly. It was close to some nice restaurants and beaches especially Agios Stefanos.

If I had known it was used by package tour companies and people who literally snap up a sunbed before breakfast I would have not booked this hotel. It lacked the feeling I was on a Greek island. It was not rustic enough for me and the lights in the corridor outside the rooms were way too bright and too glitzy!! Would I stay here again - no.

Everything was fantastic. Nikos gave us a better room and we love this place. Clean,confortable and close to everywhere. Efgaristos. We will come back soon.
