Really nice property with nice scenery. Room was really clean and comfortable. Was right next to the pre party beach club so really easy for that. Lovely Thai restaurant next door which was nice and cheap.
Not really on a beach. Ocean come right up to the wall all the time so can’t really access a beach.

Prima kamer, lekker bed.
Kamer veel kleiner dan foto doet vermoeden. Zeer prijzig voor wat je krijgt, kwam ook door full moon party. Taxi geregeld door hotel was een stuk duurder (30%) dan als je zelf een taxi boekt. Wifi werkte slecht.

It was located really close to the beach
The staff were not helpful at all. There was no running water for two days, and my motorbike helmet was stolen from the hotel. Which cost me 1kTHB
And the hotel staff did not care. There were huge cockroaches under my bed. I stayed for 4 nights. And my room didn’t get serviced once.
There’s never any staff around at reception to ask for help and when there is. They don’t help.

Beautifully clean, amazing spot for views, can see water from bed! Fab! I just didn't like Baan Tai very much.

Friendly staff. Offered free coffee, tea etc. Location was great. Spacious rooms and hammock on balcony was a nice touch
Everything was great until the last night of our stay. Infestation of Ants appeared in the bathroom out of nowhere. Maybe because we were on the beach. Bug spray was provided but more needs to be done to keep bugs away. Infestation was not an exaggeration

The property is a nice row of bungalows leading onto a seafront. Not so much beach but nice anyway.
Despite offering 1kg for 50baht laundry, I was TRIPLE CHARGED 150baht after the fact. 3 other laundrettes had already washed and weighed the amount of laundry I gave and no-one had ridiculously overcharged me so much. I’d post a picture of the 6 items of clothing if I could.
Staff were not there for my checkin and I waited around for 30 minutes.

Unfortunately the bathroom has multi opening holes to the outside for wayer evacuation ! Therefore spiders come...

The property is in good location if you have a bike. It has a great outdoor seating area with a hammock.
The owner is very friendly and welcoming.
The bathroom had some holes in the roof/walls that had been filled with tissues and plastic bags. The bed was also quite hard.

Our bungalow was great! It was lovely to have a outside sitting area and kettle to make teas / coffees etc. The room & bathroom were clean and bed was comfy. Mikasa was so lovely and helpful! Perfect location in the middle of the island to explore.
Nothing to fault we loved it and could have stayed longer :)

The staff was amazing! The lady who owns the place is extremely friendly and always looking after guests.
The rooms/bungalows are modern and clean with a lovely terrace.

The owner was very welcoming and supportive. You can get water whenever you need, also toilet paper and mosquito repellent available.

We had a lovely bungalow right at the front looking at the sea but a balcony/porch area and hammock. It’s not really much of beach to swim at but there’s a lovely decking area you can have a drink and watch the sunset. We stayed here for the full moon party where a shared taxi was only about 20 minutes away so that was perfect for us.

The view from the room was very pretty :-) Everything was fine, but we always had some visitors in our bathroom ...think it's pretty normal when you're directly on the sea!

I booked the hotel next door in the beggining, The Brown House. But it was so bad I looked for something decent nearby. I found in Mikasa the perfect place.
Really nice sea view and taken care of. Room has a terrace and beds are very comfy. I would definetely come again.

Sea view, close to 7/11 and lifestyle restaurant.if you have a bike, it's fine. If not, it's hard to travel there.
The beach because it's not an actual beach. There was a hole in the bathroom. Furniture is old. Walls are not very clean.

Lovely bungalows. Close to the sea. Quiet off the main road. Really neat, tidy and clean!
The bungalows are not super soundproof. Could hear our neighbour’s entire conversation. It was noticed by light sleepers.

The place was near the sea, with a big window. The owner is really nice and help us to take the ferry. It was not near anything, but in the middle (especially if you drive a motorbike).
The beach near the hotel is not good. We didn't know we had to leave our keys to have the bedroom cleaned, so it is not bad, but you must know before staying there

It was proper nice, the view in the bungalows was a 10/10. Nice spot to get food at the top of the road aswell

We spent two nights here as a part of our honeymoon. They upgraded our room and decorated it nicely. We really appreciate the extra effort. Very convenient location and nice staff.
