Lack of training of waiting staff

The property is in a brilliant location, set right on the lakefront with fantastic views of the famous island in lake bled and views of the castle on the hill. There’s a lovely outdoor space that you can relax in the gardens and enjoy the views. The staff here are very friendly, always have a smile on their faces and were great with suggestions on what to do around the area. Very accommodating and always tried their best to rectify any issues. The bedroom is spacious with a big bed and had a smart tv with a reactive LED backlight which was cool. Spaces for parking and even has an electric charge point too. Breakfast was good with a delicious fruit yoghurt bowl on the menu. Would recommend staying here as it’s only a short walk to any restaurants, shops and decent hiking areas, and also about 3 minute drive from Bled centre.

Unfortunately there were roadworks that caused an issue getting into the car park on one day which meant we had to park in a different location by a derelict house. Also the shower was too powerful that the shower head wouldn’t remain in place. The staff were great though and offered free breakfast each morning to make up for the inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel right by the lake with views to die for. The staff were super friendly and attentive and our room - the penthouse was perfect. Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Lovely mini bar and sitting area. Lots of small touches and art to keep you entertained. The breakfast was fantastic too.

They are renovating so the stair bannisters are still being built but this was very minor and not an issue

Adora Hotel is perfectly situated for a break to Lake Bled. The rooms are decorated beautifully. All the staff there are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much for them. There is a cosy intimate restaurant which serves the most exquisite menu prepared by Chef Domen.

Nice big room.

Paid for a lake view however the view was largely obscured by enormous trees on the waters edge. If I’d know I would have stayed elsewhere. Was also led to believe that breakfast was included however at check out we had been charged. Again if I’d know we would have eaten elsewhere as breakfast was disappointing.

It was a great experience the staff was very friendly really I appreciates that and I booked the prestige suit it's on the ground floor and really it's luxury with a very big tv I think it's 70-80 the unit for TVs, in addition one of the staff also he helped me with my luggage although it is not his job to take it, I really recommend you to visit this hotel you will not regret. It's in front of Bled Lake very perfect view.

Just the parking area its too small but also it's free of charge, so that's good and the bathroom was very big with a bathtub which is good but there's no door I think for a wife and a husband it's fine but for others may it not be fine.

This is a fabulous place! The room was amazing. It was huge, had beautiful views of the lake on 3 sides, included a large balcony, and a delicious breakfast was cooked to order each morning. I will return next year and highly recommend.

Be very careful booking this property, especially if it is warm, we booked the Penthouse, when we eventually got to the room, the temperature was 41 degrees as it is in the eaves of the building, the air con did not work and the room temperature was 41 degrees. I complained the the reception who said "yes that room is very hot", I told him that I could not stay in the room at that temperature, they had no where to move me so I booked another hotel and moved. I was put on the phone to the owner who said she would refund if I messaged her. I have now sent two messages, it has been over a week, no response and no refund..... You have been warned, this hotel will rob you..
