staff nice and the location of hotel is so good
the room wasn't clean , not that much types for breakfast

The lobby is clean and spacious. Many chairs to sit
The room service didn’t clean the toilet properly.. there’s a black mud at the walls.. they also provide very little towels to use

the size of the room but even it is written on reservation mini bar, dining but nothin in room 1310
The availability of the staff. no one answer their phone, their swimming pool is having pool lesson which guest cant accommodate for long time. toiletries not available
