They have to do something with the hotel, it seems kind of abandoned. You have minibar but no water inside. No variety and Quality breackfast.

Great location. We were surprised by the beautiful view and loved the atmosphere created at sunset around the pool area. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The property was amazingly well located - a mere 6 minute walk to Paros Town. The facilities were wonderful and the whole place was immaculately kept. The entire staff was incredible, especially Odysseus, Johannis and Tania. They could not do enough for us!! Every room has a terrific view of Livadia Bay. Great restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. DEFINITELY give this place a try - you WILL NOT be disappointed!!!

Our room was very comfortable and the staff were helpful, particularly the woman who runs the pool bar. the pool area was fantastic and the view of the bay were amazing.

Unlike lots of other properties the hotel doesn’t provide free transfers from the ferry. It was very hard to find a taxi when I arrived so the hotel then arranged a very expensive transfer for me. They forgot to book the return transfer I requested and when I reconfirmed the day before they discovered everything was fully booked. Luckily a kind staff member agreed to take us and another couple to the ferry. Our room had a plunge pool on the balcony, but even in the height on Summer it was too cold to use. the orientation means it’s in the shade all day so never gets warm.

The proximity to the beach, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had good variety.

We have become kind of regulars as it's our 3rd stay in two years. We love the quite location, right by the sea, 10 minutes aways from Martsello's beach (and Arodo's restaurant) to the right, and 15 minutes away from the center of Parikia. Unbeatable. The rooms are lovely, all with their own character and views on the bay, recently renovated, they offer everything you need. The bathroom is modern and works perfectly. Lots of power outleft, including at the head of the bed. The breakfast buffet is basic but nice, and the coffe is good. The bar offers tasty snacks and a good variety of drinks. The sunbeds are comfortable and there's more than enought space for you to feel private. The staff is warm and welcoming and more than helpful. It feels a bit like family.

Beautiful hotel,in a great location. Peaceful and calm,the hotel is clean and cozy. The staff was very kind and treat me well, all a long my stay. Breakfast was very good and the view from the balcony is a relaxation and joyful pleasure. The pool is also very cozy and well positioned. They had a selection of relaxing music from the 80' and 90' playing all a long and it was like traveling in time... I had a great stay and intend to return soon!

My room was too small and the TV only showed 3 greek channels.

A beautiful room (junior suite) with amazing views. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely bar open 1-11pm. Tonia was lovely as were both receptionists.

It’s a good 20-25 minute walk to the traditional settlement and very hard to get taxis. Pre book a transfer from the port in advance. Beach restaurants are 10 min walk x

Lovely pool with a beautiful view and nice clean rooms.

Probably one of the best places in the world I have ever visited. Staff was delicate, always tried to accommodate, to find solutions, to help in any possible ways. Room was awesome (thanks again for the Honeymoon gesture, we will keep it close). Location waw incredible. Kind of places you can directly access from the beach. The pool is hot and with an incredible view on the beach. As I said, one of the best places I have ever visited. Thank you once again and hope to be back soon !

Great views and general facilities. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Could really do with a kettle (tea/coffee) making facilities in the room. There was room for it as the place had a fridge etc. Another additional minor suggestion would be to upgrade to a smart TV for things like Netflix.
