It's a quieter location away from the busier part of Kawaguchiko. I really enjoyed walking around the property and surroundings observing nature. The garden view room had a beautiful view and the front of the hotel, of course, has a stunning view of Mt Fuji. The room was clean and very comfortable! There is a hotel shuttle to/from Kawaguchiko station (a cab ride for the same trip is about 2000 yen). The back of the hotel also has a bus stop for the green line bus, which is a loop service that takes you West towards Lake Saiko.

It was lovely! I have no complaints at all. As mentioned though, the location is further from the main busy area around Kawaguchiko station so there are somewhat fewer food options. There is a 7-11 within walking distance so you're not going to starve.

Think the counter service can give better advise as I think they may have some language issue and they cannot really give good advise on sightseeing.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the view of Mt Fuji, that was just magnificent. The bonus was the Onsen, the best one we experienced in Japan. The pushbike hire was another bonus find that we used to cycle around the lake, an activity which was greatly worth the effort.

The bathroom facilities were very tight and the Futon a little to thin and uncomfortable. We have stayed at other facilities that have more comfortable Futon bedding.

Access to the view could be improved with a bar and better restaurant. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant food is overpriced and poor quality.

Очень приветливые и деликатные сотрудники, красивая ухоженная территория, зелено, просторно, красиво, поют птицы! Вид из окна у нас был на горы и озеро. Тихо, свежий воздух! От станции Кавагутико и обратно курсирует бесплатный трансфер каждый час. Комбини в 12 минутах ходьбы от отеля. В стоимость нашего проживания входил завтрак и ужин. Завтрак в формате буфета, а ужин французский или японский курс на выбор. Мы взяли попробовать оба выше всяких похвал как вкус, так и подача! Завтрак тоже был весьма разнообразный и вкусный, к тому же из ресторана открывается волшебный вид на Фудзи. В отеле есть горячие источники, мы расслабились и приятно провели время после насыщенного дня. Номера оснащены всем необходимым, в качестве комплимента предоставляется бутилированная вода и носочки. Как и в большинстве японских гостиниц на источниках, вместо халатов предлагаются юката, в которые мы с удовольствием облачились. Кровати очень удобные, спали прекрасно. Номер уютный, чистый, отель хоть и не новый, но ухоженный. Атмосфера приятная. В общем, отдохнули и душой, и телом!

В онсене только одна ванна снаружи, и ещё две небольших внутри, а так же сауна и купель с холодной водой. Мы были на разных источниках, где по 6-7 разных ванн, поэтому было немного скучновато. Жаль, что не изо всех номеров видна Фудзи-сан, но ничего не поделаешь. Были немного опечалены, что алкоголь на ужин предоставляется платно. Учитывая стоимость проживания, хотелось бы уж если не номиходай, то хотябы по одному бокалу вина или пива на гостя. Так же ужин был хоть и вкусным, но французский курс немного скудный для взрослого мужчины, мой спутник остался голоден.

Tuvimos una habitación con dos camas, una de ellas era dura como una piedra 🪨.

I can honestly say we have the best view of Fuji! The hotels grounds are absolutely stunning and I would stay here again.

The only thing I could say regarding the stay is the hotel is not close by to a local shop .

Lovely hotel with great view of Mount Fuji. They have a shuttlebus from and to the station Kawaguchiko. Diner was pricey but go for the Japanese meal it is worth it! Other meals we ate elsewhere at the station.

We should have booked sooner for a room with Mount Fuji view but that was our own fault. The view of the garden and lake was nice though.

Location - waking up to see a clear view of Mt Fuji was amazing! Awesome French dinner with Japanese influence. Great onsen. Nice retro feel to the hotel.

Nous avons passé une nuit très agréable dans cette chambre typique japonaise ! Le personnel est venu nous installer nos futons vers 19h, nous avons pu profiter du Onsen (plusieurs bains dont un extérieur qui était très agréable). Des vélos étaient disponibles sur place pour location (prix très attractifs) dont un vélo électique. Navette très bien organisée.

Nous avons trouvé les bains du Onsen très petit. Dommage qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul vélo électrique sur tous leurs vélos. A part ça RAS, très bien.

２泊３日でお世話になりなりました。 夕食、朝食ともに美味しくいただきました。 部屋の掃除も行き届いていて申し分なかったです。

部屋の鍵にかんしてオートロックが便利という人もいるのではないかなと思います。

the atmosphere of this hotel, very stately and relaxed ambiance. The staff very helpful and willing to fetch the guests out to city at guest's convenience. Breakfast was delicious with a great view of Mt Fuji.

We visited in the autumn foliage season and we were very lucky to have great weather and a clear view of Mt. Fuji all during our visit. The Japanese Style room was simple and quaint with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. However, the room is dated and not modern. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options. And the view of Mt. Fuji from the breakfast room is simply spectacular. The microwave and vending machines in the hotel were useful, there is no convenience store or restaurant nearby. It is far from the station but the hotel provides a free shuttle to/from the station which was useful for us. We did not use the onsen.

There was a lot of noise of cars coming and going to the hotel and on the street. The room and hotel are old and dated. It is far from Fujikawaguchiko Station but the shuttle is useful.

가와구치호를 보는 좋은 전망을 갖추고 있음. 복잡한 시내 중심가에서 약간 떨어져 있기 때문에 주변 환경은 조용한 편임. 10분 거리의 가와구치코역을 왕복하는 호텔 셔틀 버스를 이용하면 역을 가거나 시내 상점가를 다니기에 편리함. 호텔 내의 프랑스 식당에서는 단품 식사만 하였는데 중간 수준임. 후지산은 호수 뷰와 반대 방향으로 볼 수 있음. 후지산을 멋지게 감상하려면 호텔에서 보이는 호수 건너편에서 보아야 멋지게 볼 수 있음.

후지산 마라톤 참가차 숙박했기때문에 호수의 출발점 부근 숙소는 모두 가격이 오른 상태로 보임. 이 숙소도 시설 대비 높은 가격이라고 생각됨.

The hotel is a very established hotel so the rooms, furniture are a bit old. But all fully functional. The staff are quite senior and reflected in execellent and exemplary customer service. But the ultimate value of staying in this hotel is the view of Mount Fuji - second to none, the best view from the panoramic platform above level 5

Room is a bit dated , furniture a bit old and there is no control of the air cond temperature in the room!! I actual forgot to lock te room door as I thought the door auto locks!
