Luogo stupendo, hotel accogliente, spettacolare il clima familiare che si crea con gli ospiti. Altamente consigliato. Ottima la cucina in special modo con i piatti della tradizione.

Unica nota spiacevole: sono stata duramente rimproverata dal proprietario per aver portato a passeggio il cane (struttura pet friendly) in una zona del prato molto curata e sono stata invitata ad andare molto lontano con un gesto della mano davanti a tutti i clienti. A tutti gli altri ospiti dell’hotel con cani non è stato riservato lo stesso trattamento. Do un suggerimento: si può consigliare ad un ospite di camminare altrove in modo più delicato.

My room/suite was based in the newer equestrian block soon to be 4 stars. I overlooked the ski slope (Saslong B) a red run. I could ski to the door and return using the lifts. All of the villages are very accessible in Val Gardena. You will need to be intermediate to ski to the door. The property is in a peaceful location. It is shared with the horse stables and arena. There is a modern bar and restaurant below as an alternative to the very pleasant and wholesome dinners provided as half board in the original hotel chalet. A ski bus can be taken into town. Only one in five buses do the route up the hill and not all are numbered, but there seemed one an hour. I gave up on the bus and chose to ski from the door. There is an available heated boot room. Many guests skied from the door. it doesn’t have a pool or gymnasium. but the genuine hospitality, food and well appointed rooms make for a genuine and modern experience. Well priced.

Dinner at hotel Pozzamanigoni was outstanding. We ate extremely well. Each dinner consisted of a four-course meal plus extensive salad bar plus cheeses. The breakfast buffet was very good, as well. Our waiters were very kind and welcoming. The location next to the Saslong (red) ski slope was very convenient to start the day without having to walk to a ski lift.

When skiing around the Sella Ronda, you need to take a couple of other lifts in order to return to the Saslong ski piste and to return to the hotel by skiing. However, Saslong is very pleasant and altogether this returning to the hotel certainly was not hardship.

Great staff, very good breakfast, mountain feel rooms, amazing dinner. Views are breathtaking. You can see horses around and enjoy fresh air and countryside view.
