This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the lake and to Cannobio. The room was not that big but it was clean and the balcony is nice. Breakfast is good too, and the restaurant serves great pizza's as well. The pool area is a nice space, not big but clean, with chairs and a really great view.
No fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient. We didn't match the average demographic of the guests in the hotel.

the bathroom was rather poorly lit. The shower was excellent. The room was cold on arrival, but responded to the heating controls.

- close to a noisy street and the AC was super loud. So sleeping with open window wasn’t possible and sleeping with AC on wasn’t possible as well.
- salmon and milk should be cooled at breakfast

Great breakfast with a lot of opportunities to choose from. Location is very close to the promenade and lake Maggiore. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

We arrived at 7:30pm, the reception was closed, there’s an unfriendly woman who told us what to do in her high fitch voice. There no remote control for the aircon, try to call them, room telephone is disconnected. No access to wireless. It’s the most worst hotel I ever book in Booking.com
