Very clean, loved the balcony, good breakfast, kind people

We were a last minute booking as we needed a night of rest after Boom festival - The staff accommodated our late arrival - the owner was a lovely gentleman who guided us to our rooms, made us feel very comfortable and I can honestly say had an amazing night of sleep in this quaint little town. Great breakfast and absolutely warm welcome!

Cosy and charming local boutique style accomodation, totally refurbished between old wooden style and modern commodities, hosted by a very welcoming host, well travelled family man, who took the time to share with us some unique facts about both the place (it was the old People´s House), the village and the history of Portugal! The bedroom was extremely clean, warm and comfortable. beautifully decorated, with white walls, wooden windows, granite stones and great view over the village. The breakfast was rich and well served with local and home made products, all with all the safety measures. Overall great experience, will come back more often!

I stayed here with my mom and we were welcomed with great hospitality. The room is beautifully done and the location was great. If you want a super fancy place, this might not be it. But if you are looking for an authentic small town experience, in a beautiful old home, with a caring host, this is it! We really enjoyed our stay! The picture is the view from our room.

Perfect place to stay, tidy and cozy room. There is a substantial breakfast and different snacks available. To be recommended in every way, especially for hiking trips. The crew is always keen to help and speak different languages.

As advertised. The house has a lot of charm, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. We got a room with a nice view to the farming fields, but I'm guessing half of the rooms will not have such a good view.
