Breakfast at nearby restaurant was very good. Location and view is excellent.

Bathroom and kitchen are not renovated recently.

The location near the beach and the centre of Laganas! Very nice apartment with a balcony, situated directly on the beach with a garden only for quests. Perfect combination: short walking distance to the centre and also a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Dennis and his parents are amazing hosts! One of the few properties with actual sea view in Laganas. Very nice to sunbathe in the private garden in frontf the water. They gave us great service, tips and info on the island. We took the Sea View boat tour of the bay and caves with Dennis too! If you get breakfast included, it is 2 doors down and delicious! Clean and every day refreshed. Lovely people, super friendly, available and animal lovers :) They made our stay fantastic!

My partner thought bed was hard but the 2nd day Dennis got her a softer extra mattress and she slept like a baby the rest of the week :)

Amazing location, value for money, the best view in town, a place to tan, just in front of the sea, balcony.

Maybe the only downside you could hear loud neighbors at night&beachclub

Just in front of the sea and the service of Tula was really warm and very kind always available to reply to our requests . The property is surrounded by many good restaurants and super markets as well facilitating your holidays .

One of the best accommodations I ever stayed in. Perfect care (very friendly landlady), excellent location (sea view from balcony, you can listen sound of waves), sufficiently large apartment (two bedrooms with a balcony), cleanliness, many restaurants and shops near the apartment...

There are no door locks innside apartments, but this was not so bad

Very good and welcoming host. The room was clean and great views over the bay. We especially liked the private area with sun beds away from the crowds. Location is great for spotting the turtles.

Perfect location. In the morning, from the balcony you can see the beach and the sea while sipping your coffee. Nice lawn courtyard with umbrellas and sunbeds. From there, you jump directly on the beach. On the other hand, the main street is 100 meters away. You have the chance to be close to everything, however in a quiet environment. Our host was just great, she offered us free pick-up from and to the airport. Comfortable beds, good WiFi. We took the two bedroom apartment, which suited best our needs. Air conditioning gave us full satisfaction in a very hot period (30 July - 2 August 2021). Exactly as described on Booking. Good and affordable restaurants close to the property.

A microwave oven would be a small but necessary investment. Bathroom a little old.

I can highly recommend this apartment! Tulla - the owner - was very helpful, she picked us up at the apirort, offered us an early check-in, she even gave us a lift when we were going on a trip to Zakynthos town. Our studio was well furnished, had a lovely view at the sea and you could use sunbeds either in the garden or directly at the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Konstantina, our host, was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and clean near to sea. I can just recommend it 🙂.

The location is very good, with lovely views. Simply furnished and lovely to have the garden to sun bathe in, right next to the beach. Linens and towels changed regularly and excellent standard of cleanliness. Aircon worked well.

The photos are not a representation of all of the rooms, only premium rooms which is not clear. Our bathroom was tiny, dated and not a great working order. The shower tray was small and had a curtain around it which as the space is so small, sticks to you as you shower which we found a bit rank. Also this is not shown in any of the bathroom pictures on their site information. The kitchen facilities were old, the fridge froze things and the kettle leaked. Again, nothing like the shiny pictures. Property photos also don't show restaurants either side, so it's not a remote quiet location and nearby establishments do compete in the noise stakes. One adjacent restaurant seemed to have a couple of very young children running around the buildings and into the gardens all day, every day - also they seemed to be unsupervised and very vocal.

A fantastic studio apartment located right on the beach in Laganas. Extremely clean. Newly refurbished with modem decor. A lovely bathroom/shower room. Easily the best room I’ve had of this type. A kettle, toaster, dishes, TV, safety deposit box, air con and hair dryer are all provided. I can’t speak more highly of the Sea View. Totally recommended. As Arnie once said...I’ll be back!

Could do with a blanket for the bed. Yes, it’s Zante and it very warm but my wife and I found it quite difficult to sleep with just a sheet. We like the weight!
