the rooms are extremely clean and modern. the breakfast is awesome with everything taken care of for you. the customer service is above and beyond any expectations with the kindest and most generous staff.

The beds could be better, instead of two small ones together one bigger bed would be better.

Direct contact to get information for a reservation was difficult but through Booking.com, booking a room was not a problem.

The convenience to the military base and to walk to dinner was good. Probably the best option in town.

The check in process is to read your email, figure out where to get the key and check yourself in. I am not a huge fan of not having a reception desk.

The lighting is not good, that because of the awful saving energy bulbs.

Super friendly staff, the room was clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was great, the ham cheese oumlet was very good. Located in good area with grocery store and food vendors a short walk. Internet was fast.

I have stayed at the Zum Stern on several occasions. EXCELLENT staff and great service. Most certainly a keeper! I will be staying here again in the future. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for all the hard work during COVID-19, the breakfast and dinner were AMAZING!
