Caroline was very welcoming and the room was set up with towels and a travel cot

it can’t be helped but it is a 20 min walk from the pier so bare that in mind :)

Caroline was clearly experiencing pain in her legs but even through the pain she would go out of her way to satisfy guests needs. Room was very clean and everything you would expect in a room was provided including teas, coffees hot chocolate, biscuits, towels, soaps, hairdryer etc.

Very clean and the host catered for your every need , with little extras such as a fan ,fridge for drinks etc .

Great location lovely clean room comfy bed delious food friendly landlady wonderful service good selection of herbal and fruir teas

No disabled access only rooms on 2 floors no lift but landlady did say she wants to fit one in the near future bar not in use due to nor enough use by guests

breakfast wonderful full mark would go again but not room 4 5 6 getting tired climbing too maney stairs

Welcoming and homely Brilliant breakfast even the doggy guests were treated to a sausage. Very dog friendly Caroline and Maisie are brilliant hosts. Excellent value

The 2 flights of stairs were a bit of a problem but managable and our double room was a bit on the small size.

the breakfast was of quality ingrediants, well prepared and fills you for the whole day. sausages were excellent. The place is dog friendly yet a high level of clenliness. the dog friendly beach is literally 2 mins walk away.

great location near the beach - excellent for getting into town - nice large room - lovely cooked breakfast - a lot of choice of different foods for breakfast. parking near by and a nice short walk to the beach .

very clean and tidy and very welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and the lady was really nice and so was Maisie the dog, although did a lot of barking at breakfast for her sausages which myself and my son found amusing as we have dogs ourself and reminded us of home.

The room was lovely, although we both found the mattress a bit uncomfortable but that was us. the walk to the town centre was a bit further than we thought but didn’t have any problem with this as we could have drove if we wanted too.
