Great property. Close to the abbey. A lot of amenities. Spa was great with a lot of different rooms (steam room, multiple saunas, infrared, nature room, etc.)! A lot of breakfast options. Clean room. Beautiful view.

No fan or air conditioning in the room and the room ran warm.

There was everything, the wellness is so furnished in details. Food was good, and the staff? My boyfriend had a birthday so we got a massage. I would say it was one of the best hotels I have ever been.

The temparature of heated pool could be better

All was great!!!! Breakfast was excellent, room was excellent, amazing swimming pools with warm and cold water, amazing sauna´s area...kind personnel.

Spa was incredible, we absolutely loved it and were pleasantly surprised with how good it was. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and smelt fresh and well maintained. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great - good choice! Dinner was also great!

Spa could have been open for longer - we would loved to have spent more time here. It was only open 2-7 whilst we stayed. Dinner - no al a carte options, you have to book in advance by 11am for the dinner and it’s a set menu however the food was good and once you are aware of this it is ok however this caught us by surprise as we presumed we could eat here and unfortunately couldn’t as we hadn’t reserved and this resorted in a bit do a struggle finding somewhere to eat locally. This could have been communicated better (luckily we had a car) but if you did not and you didn’t know this it would be a challenge.

We had a room in the attic, 3rd floor. A very luxurious bathroom with free standing bath, double sinks, bidet. The bed was excellent. The hotel has excellent spa/sauna facilities: Steambath, 60° sauna and 90° Finnish sauna, fitness room and outside swimming pool. The hotel isn't that big, so the sauna's are not too overcrowded. You can rent bikes for free. The breakfast is excellent, wide variety of things. Fresh fruits, eggs made in all ways, fresh honey, fresh juice. The dinner at the evening is acceptable price/quality. Nice local wines as well. There is a possibility to charge your electric car. The location of the hotel is fine if you want to visit the Dolomites, and quite central. Lago die Braies is about 1.5 hours ride, Tre Chime 2 hours, Seismer Alm 45 minutes. The family staff is very friendly.
