Very small and basic room but super well situated in the heart of Bagnoregio overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was really looking forward to a hot shower after a long flight and drive to the B&B, but instead the shower was ICE COLD. We let the water run for 20-30 minutes and it never even got lukewarm. I'm not sure if the hot water is turned off at night or there was another problem, but the staff leaves in the evening and doesn't arrive back until the next afternoon so there's no one there to ask for help. I don't need a fancy room but a hot shower is a must and I don't feel this b&b was worth the price.

it’s all good. most people won’t like the walk or how early the streets roll up, but to me when I need a rest, it’s the perfect place to listen to the doves cooing and birds chirping!

Excellent location overlooking square. Very helpful host. Room cleaned daily to high standard. Bottled water provided on arrival and when requested.

Everything, from the bed and bedding to the location and design. The owners were soft-spoken but very warm.

Super friendly and understanding reception. Even though we were really late, they welcomed us with grace. After a big climb towards the city the receptionist gave us a complimentary bottle of water. The room had a view of a quiet city square.

The reception lady was really friendly, nice , and warm, even she can’t speak in English, but she still trying her bast to let us understand. highly recommend this B&B

Everything is perfect.

This continues to be one of my favorite hotels. I’ve stayed here a few times now throughout the years and it’s truly one of a kind. The experience of staying in a very quiet and ancient hill town is like no other. The b&b with its views of the medieval square is amazing and the staff are friendly. The lunch served at the restaurant during the day is delicious as well!!

the property is right in the main square and feels super authentic, original fireplace, ceilings etc. bedrooms are slightly dated, but who cares if you see the medieval main square right from your bedroom window. super happy about the choice

It was clean and in the town center. Staff was very friendly.

The shower leaked water, so floor very wet and had to clean up every time I used it.

It was so lovely to visit out of season as so few visitors. A beautiful place well worth a visit.

We were out of season so whole place was quiet. It was a bit confusing finding where to have breakfast as this was at a different location.

The location was the biggest draw of this B & B. We stayed for 2 nights in a lovely cosy little room that overlooked the main square of the church. It was a real experience being able to stay overnight in this amazing village. Unfortunately, my sister was sick for the whole stay, which means we will have to return on our next visit to Italy. A big thank you to Franco who went out of his way to help us and get medications for my sister. It is nice to meet people who care about their guests and we will be forever grateful.

The restaurant at the B & B was not functioning and we were given breakfast vouchers for café across the square. Staff here were not very friendly or nice and coffee served was cold - but this has no reflection on Franco's establishment.
