We absolutely loved this apartment!!! The location is fantastic, the view is brilliant over the rooftops and the piazza. Luca was amazing and so helpful x His apartment is exquisite! Luca had all sorts of goodies for us for breakfast, a big variety of food, which was amazing! The coffee machine was fantastic and there was milk and butter in the fridge too.
Luca was very friendly and there to greet us. It was easy to find the apartment. We had two nights there and one of those nights there was another couple in the other room but the rooms are very private and the bathrooms are en suite to each room, so it’s perfect! The lounge, kitchen and dining room are large and there is a wonderful balcony along the side of the apartment for all to sit on. The finishings and the furniture were fabulous. We were also told about restaurants and things to do in the area and it was an ideal location to discover the Chianti region, Luca has done a fantastic job and we certainly recommend this place!

Really cool Tuscan Country style apartment in the town centre - spacious and kept very clean with public parking for €6/day 100m up the road - stop over for us after the Easter break in Rome in a fabulous 5 star hotel but in all honesty preferred the experience with this B&B

Wow! this is a jewel of a property in the middle of a slice of heaven! Greve in Chianti is a perfect spot for visit to Chianti Region. Our two bedroom apartment was perfect! Well appointed, spacious, super clean and charming. View from balcony/terrace is fabulous. Restaurants galore within short walking distance. Our proprietor recommended Gallo Nero - outstanding menu and Tuscan cuisine selection. Definitely in future plans when in area - and worth the drive (we came from Rome in our rental for regional touring). Hospitality plus! Bravo, Luca. Well done! Grazie mille! The location is amazing, cosy and very good located ( in the heart of Greve). Luca, the owner, is a very friendly person. We have arrived on the 13th of August, my birthday, and we had a reservation for dinner at Castello di Verazzano (3 km away), Luca gave us a ride and didn't let us to take a taxi in order not to pay a high amount of money for the ride. Everyone should check this property, because it's something unforgetable.

we had the entire apartment to ourselves. It was located close to the main square where bars and restaurants were situated. Breakfast was self service, nice array of cereals, yoghurts, milk, juices and salami available. Water from the tap was also drinkable.

Everything about this B&B was perfect. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought and work into making this a cosy and character-full destination. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom newly renovated. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Greve square. We also enjoyed the common area with the kitchen, and purchased some Chianti Classico to enjoy in evening. We wish we had booked this stay for longer!

very nice property in the center easy driving access to the wineries. issue is that it is a third floor walk up, but the owner is great helped us with the bags. property is designed very well. overall a nice stay. to note this is a two bedroom appartment that you would be sharing a living room with someone at another room.
we were disappointed not having fresh breakfast and choices were not that great but he said that was due to Covid rules.

Decor was beautiful and hip. Location was prime in the center of town with a side view onto the square. Very complete breakfast. Passionate host. Safe parking less than 1/4 mile away. Great communication from host.

This B&B is a gem in Greve. We were lucky to have the whole apt for ourselves and had an amazing time. Normally there is another room that can be occupied. The whole set-up of the apartment was well thought, lot of details, just lovely and such a cozy place in a Tuscany tour.
I cannot think of anything. The breakfast did not comprise of fresh things, but it was explained this was due to the corona rules.

The location was perfect. The apartment and room was decorated very thoughtful and pretty. We felt very comfortable and so was the bed. We loved the breakfast and drinks on the balcony overlooking the hills and market square. The host was amazing, helped us carry our bags, provided us with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar when there was none. He had perfect tips for day trips. We really really enjoyed the stay.

The B&B is arranged very tastefully and comfortably, it's clean and has all you need. Not to mention the location, just round the corner of the main square. My room was spacious and comfy, the dining room/kitchen had all you need, including local wines (much appreciated!) :-) Breakfast was prepared for self-service, so I could enjoy my morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the square. Luca as a host was very helpful and gave a lot of good tips. I enjoyed my stay a lot and I'm already planning to come back :-D

The host could not have done more for us, to the extent that there was wine left for his guests in case we wanted to enjoy an aperitivo. The decor of the apartments and cleanliness was just simply stunning - I would have happily moved in there immediately. Location was superb, just on the edge of the main square at Greve. Paid parking was available just up the road. Just simply excellent!

We just had a great three days in Greve staying at Luca’s place! Everything looked very nice and was very clean and tidy. Luca has great style! He did a fantastic job at giving the apartment a homely feel.
After a day of site seeing it was very relaxed to enjoy the view from the balcony or to play a game of chess at the attic while listening to music from his record player. We would definitely recommend!
Be aware that you share the apartment with other guests.

The host, Luca, is very friendly with an amazing taste for interior design. As you can see from the photos posted on Booking, the apartment is very nice decorated.
Both common area and room were super clean.
The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, is just enough. You can find croissants, Nutella, coffee, and many more.

We really liked how clean and cosy the place was. The kitchen was large and the breakfast so nice. Really perfect!
It was very strange that the host kind of pretends to leave but then always stays in the appartement. He would say goodbye and tell us we can call him if we need anything, and then he went up these stairs in the apartment. We would wake up early and prepare breakfast and thought we were alone, but then all of a sudden a phone rings and he picks it up right at the top of the stairs (not in a closed room or anything). I later asked him if he lives in the apartment and he said he didn’t, but just comes by to arrange things sometimes. But he never left. So strange! The room is too noisy next to the street to open the window and very warm as the host really turns up the heating (23degrees).
