The owner was super nice providing the info needed and being very flexible to the arrival. The apartment had all needed for a family for a vacation. The location was ideal very close to the city center.

The apartment doesn't have a parking place, we had to park 15 min away in another public parking and was a bit uncomfortable. The second, when the neighbours were taking the shower we heard the water running and the pipes very loud.

Delightful ground floor apartment in the heart of Old Town Zadar: Immaculately clean, comfortable and very well equipped, including a washing machine! Lovely, spacious bedroom, comfy bed, plenty of storage, iron/ironing board etc. The kitchenette was well equipped. The bathroom small but perfectly adequate. A separate shower enclosure with lots of hot water. The apartment has air conditioning which made it super comfortable. The host was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Could do with a toaster and a coffee percolator or cafetiere.

In the middle of the Old Town. Very flexible owner, we arrived 02.00 am at middle of the night and he stilll was waiting for us with a key. nice, clean and cool apartment.

Very well located little apartment with everything we needed. Perfectly kept, clean, tidy, smart. AC was amazing to have, shower was powerful and hot. All good overall and really good value for being in old town so close to everything.

Bed was a bit hard for us, but nothing wrong.

The window in entrance room does not have a blackout, so the person that sleeps there wakes up too early.

The apartment was slightly below ground floor with only one window. Free parking 10 minutes away.

- very nice, friendly and helpful owner/guy who checked us in and communication in advance - clean and big - great wifi - windows in bedroom were good against noises from the outside and able to get the room completely dark

- mattress a bit hard - some things could be added like scissors for example - free parking is a 5min walk away, no problem but should know in advance. For unloading the car one can park directly in front of the door

Great location - in the center, just in the middle of all pubs, restaurants etc but in the same time in the peaceful street, free from noise. Clean and cosy apartment, friendly hosts. Dogs are welcome.
