Very nice family run the hotel and restaurant - very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced - best in Xerocampus by far. We spent 6 nights in a double room, good air con and everything worked well, plenty of hot water and a good shower.
I’m being picky here but pictures on booking.com were a bit misleading - pictures suggest you get a kitchen/dining area, you don’t.

We loved our stay at Liviko View. Katerina welcomed us warmly upon arrival & was always happy to help out with any question we had. The entire family is super friendly. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the view over the ocean was amazing.
Plus: The restaurant downstairs has delicious food.
We would definitely come back. Thank you! 😊🙏🏽

The apartment where we stayed was very nice, spacious and bright. It has a large living room with kitchen, dining table, two beds and a balcony overlooking the sea, a spacious bedroom and a regular-sized bathroom.
The owners are incredibly kind and cheerful, they help in any way they can.
Having the restaurant right below is a plus, especially because they make the best Greek salad in the area, and they deliver for free on the beach!
The living room has A/C, while the bedroom has a fan. If you leave the door open it's ok, but it may have been better to have A/C also in the bedroom on particularly hot nights.

Very nice location for a holiday in Xerokambos. Rooms were very good and the hosts are real nice people who make you feel at home instantly. A great bonus is the restaurant downstairs which was by far the best of the restaurants in Xerokambos which is run by the daughter of the Room Hosts. She made us all feel at home and was superfriendly. We´ll definitely go back there

The location is unbeatable, the staff fantastic! I stayed 5 days and can’t wait to visit next year. Awesome food in their restaurant as well.

Caterina and her family are very kind and helpful.
In adittion to this Katerina is the best cook in Xerocampos. Fresh greek vegetables and much love in her dishes. Excellent. The cofee maker is wonderful and you can choose between a great variety of cofees prepared by the family. The hospitality was so great that they made me feel like staying at home. Thank you very much.

I don't like to eat in the same place on holiday, so I tested most of the restaurants in Xenokampus. All were good, but Liviko was the best.

Beautiful and very clean room with terrace overlooking the sea.
Also the restaurant is to be recommended for the quality and goodness of the food.
Katerina and her family are exceptional guests.

I stayed there for nearly a week. Upon arrival Katerina (the owner) was there to welcome me with a her usual warm smile. She walked me to the room, showed how to use things and if I needed anything to talk to her. The room was extremely clean. Everything was in place even a box with a few biscuits from a local bakery. Everything I needed was there (fridge, AC, balcony, shower with good pressure) and I was made to feel welcome if I needed anything I could ask. The room is around a 20 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive. There is plenty of on premise parking space. This is an extremely good value. I got the opportunity to talk with the owners a little. Katerina and Yannis are fantastic people and will get out of their way to help you. I will definitely go back.
