Das kleine Haus liegt sehr ruhig in der 2. Reihe zum Hafen, ist von einem wunderschön angelegtem Garten umgeben und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und komplett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Sofas im kleinen Wohnzimmer sind schön anzusehen, passen optisch perfekt zur Einrichtung, sind aber leider sehr unbequem. Man versinkt nahezu darin.

Exceptional property in a wonderful location. Kassiopi is a beautiful little fishing village with a lovely selection of restaurants and tavernas. Although not in any way noisy, Villa Edems location is a tranquil little oasis that is not overlooked and completely secluded but with gorgeous views of the old harbour within a 2 minute walk to the village. The view from the jacuzzi is something very special.

Coming home

Villa is equipped with everything what can I imagine for my holiday or for business stay. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, espresso machine, oven, fridge, and others) terrace (where we had nice breakfasts while watching sunrise), comfortable living room. The location is in a quiet place but close to the centre of Kassiopi (just behind the fence) where a lot of shops and restaurants are located. At least 2 very nice beaches are in a walking distance. Full coverage of wifi. Communication with owner was perfect, Alexandra was able to give us any answer or recommendation at any time.

Finally I have no reservation. We spent here just 4 days. So, the issue was that we hadn't more time.

Beautiful, authentic greek house in perfect location. Close to tavernas and beaches. Very helpful host who drove us from parking up to the villa in city center. Sem-daily cleaning. Overall great place to stay in Kassiopi. Highly recommended!

For some people it might be a little loud in the evening due to the bar down the street. But to be honest that is not a big problem - positives vastly outweigh the negatives.

Alexandra has renovated Villa Edem to the highest standard yet retained the essence of Greece. The location overlooking the harbour is beautiful, truly excellent in every respect.

Everything was more than perfect! The owner of the villa is very kind person. The villa is very charming, full of beautiful flowers around. The view from the villa to the bay is so amazing that we felt like in paradise. We definitely recommend this house to everyone!
