Beautiful home! Screened in porch and upper deck were so nice to have-we used them daily. Four kids stayed in the kid bunk bed room with a TV and it was perfect for them! Bathrooms were very nice -especially the master. The kitchen was nice and it worked fine. There was not a lot of countertop space. Kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, Tupperware, and utensils. There was absolutely nothing else-no spices, olive oil, ziploc baggies, butter or ketchup or mustard or any condiments. It would have been nice to have had those things stocked-we needed all of them and bought new and only using a little of each. All kitchen and home appliances worked well. There were plenty of bath towels and enough detergent for washing dishes and clothes. If you stay here-you must bring your own beach towels. There was a shed with sand toys, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella which was broken and that was a big bummer. The pool is about a 3 minute walk from the house and the beach is about a 5 minute walk. We loved that!! We didn’t need to rent a golf cart bc it was so close. The beach was absolutely beautiful-white powdery sand, clear blue water, light waves (easy for kids to get in and play in). The house has access to a private beach walk that is right across the street but it takes you to a private part of the beach so you have to walk down a ways to post up. It’s better to use the sidewalk to walk further to the public entrance. Less trudging thru sand carrying all the beach gear.

We had a comfortable and lovely stay! The bikes and beach equipment were a nice bonus! Would definitely rent again!!

Home away from feel! The unit has everything one could need for a beach trip for a multi- generational family. While not an issue for us, please note that the stairs for the beach access are steep and may pose access problems for some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and has everything you could need! We made a lot of great meals, enjoyed the space, loved the private beach access and all the beach things/toys in the shed. Location was not too crowded, but close enough to restaurants and shopping. Really wonderful-we would love to go back!

We had a fabulous 4 day weekend at this wonderful Magnolia Cottage! The place was comfy, cozy and relaxing. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. This is the second time staying in these cottages and I am sure we will be back again!

This was a beautiful home in a great location! Everything was up to date and clean. We enjoyed our quick weekend trip!

Easy to book. It was our first family vacation so we had a lot of questions about things to do, deep sea fishing, sea doo rentals and photographers. We sent 4 different messages to the management company and received zero responses. This was frustrating.

There were a total of 10 of us that stayed here. My husband and I and our 3 grown children and their significant others and our two grandchildren, 1 and 5. The house was great. We had 4 adults that stayed in the bunk room, but we were only there for 3 days so they made it work. The kitchen table was spacious. The counter space was a bit challenging for preparing food. The screened porch was super nice. We rented a golf cart and it was beneficial for the kids, but the walk to the beach was really not that bad if you're in decent shape. There is a code to get on the beach, but you're not allowed to set up there. They're forcing people to go down past that area to set up for the beach. This was annoying and disappointing. It's my understanding that if you don't have a house right on the beach, in certain areas they can ask you to move. My granddaughter went to the pool, once. It is very nice, but she complained that the water was too warm. She's 5. The little shed of everything really has absolutely anything and everything you could want for a successful day at the beach. Toys, chairs, games, floats, umbrellas, tents. We were amazed they had everything and very pleased :) There is an outside grill there. We grilled hamburgers one night. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We will be back! Best family vacay ever. Love the property. It is perfect. Could not have been better. 5 stars all the way.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. We have 3 young kids (5, 5, & 2). We really enjoyed the covered patio, layout of the house, and the quiet neighborhood. The bunk beds would be better for older kids...the ladder was very steep and the guard rail was low. The pool was walkable from this home, but we found it easier to drive to the public access beach point with all of the kids and stuff. It was a quick 1 minute drive. The house was very well stocked and beautifully decorated. There were 2 closets large enough to fit a pack-n-play, and this home could have easily been shared by 2 families. The home is in a great location--easy to explore Seaside through Rosemary beach.

Another great stay in Seacrest. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay! The house is very well-appointed and we LOVED all the beach gear provided. It's a little far of a walk to the beach so I'd recommend renting a golf cart if you plan to go back and forth during the day. We'd definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in Magnolia Cottages several times. We love the location and community pool. The houses are beautiful and kitchens are well stocked with pots, pans, etc which is important to us because we usually cook in for most meals.

Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 small children. Easy walk to the pool but a little bit of a jaunt to the beach if you’re hauling chairs and umbrellas. Recommend a golf car rental if you can! Everything in place to make meals at home or bring in take out. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice neighborhood, short walk to the beach. We were able to socially distance without trouble. The shed was very well stocked with beach toys and chairs. We had been concerned about crossing 30A but cars generally stopped to let beachgoers pass. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the screened porch. Very nice vacation home!

We enjoyed this home and all the amenities. The shed has beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, water boards, and a wagon and cooler. Everything you need for a great beach day. Access to the beach is directly across 30A from the main entrance. You can enter there and not have to go to the public entrances. We loved this property!! The ice cream truck even comes in the afternoons.

This was the perfect cottage for our spring break stay. We had plenty of room and it’s so nice that every bedroom has a bath. I was so surprised at how well stocked this cottage was. We had all the kitchen tools we needed and then some. We ate in a lot due to coronavirus and it was perfect. The screened in porch was the perfect escape. The walk to the beach and pool was easily doable and easy access compared to some places we’ve stayed. We will definitely be back!!!

Seas the Day was a perfect getaway. Private, super clean, very homey and welcoming. Beds were amazing! Very spacious and definitely a place I would like to visit again.

This is a great house, wonderfully shaded and walkable neighborhood. Amazing location. Only negatives were some essentials needed, like know hand soap, only one roll of toilet paper in bathrooms and no pantry staples. But still wonderful.

We loved our stay here. The walk was a little farther than advertised, but is not bad. I think it was about an 8 minute walk (walking with toddlers). The walk did not bother us and we have 3 kids under the age of 5. The walk is through the quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood the house is in then just over 30A to the beach entry. The house was beautiful and So So cute! It had everything we needed, even beach toys and necessities (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, wagon). Thank you for a perfect stay for our wonderful vacation!

It is quite a ways back into the community, but thankfully it's the first house on Blackwater...It was a pretty long haul to and from the beach when you're tired. The backpack chairs in the outdoor shed made all the difference! Thank you!! We did rent bikes which helped a lot with the trek to and from the beach and made this one of my most favorite vacations. Riding down 30A was so fun. Our kids also enjoyed riding all over the community on their bikes during down time. The house had everything we needed and then some. All of the beds were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G...my kids even commented about the bunk bed mattresses. Pool was definitely too warm during the day, but the kids didn't seem to mind. And we kept having issues with the downstairs toilet. However, we were able to get it working each time. We also weren't expecting to have two completely full trashcans when taking out our first load of trash. But overall, fantastic house! We did miss not being able to see, hear, or quickly walk down to the beach, but staying here offered a different kind of beach vacation that we weren't used to, but ended up totally enjoying. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful

Great beach house that’s private yet close to the beach and pool. House was very well equipped with everything you would need. Clean upon arrival with everything in working order. About 75 yards to the pool and 150 to the beach. Easy bike ride to Alys and Rosemary. Great place in a great location.

We arrived to a clean adorable furnished home, great location, close to Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach to ride bikes, shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the Beach within walking distance from the house. This was a great family vacation and plan on coming back.

Overall, the house and area were very nice, but if you plan to stay here be aware the houses are much closer together than they appear in the photos online, and your 'view' will be your neighbor's house. Their no pets policy was stressed online but the bunk room area rug smelled strongly of wet dog. Also, beach access includes a short trek over the very busy 30A and the beach itself is limited to a short stretch between private property/the signs of other resorts. Coffee drinkers in our group were disappointed because the only way to make coffee was a Keurig with no K cups or refillable cup/basket. Bathroom door downstairs didn't close all the way, opening by itself while in use. Shared a parking area with the two homes behind our rental and the woman cleaning one of the homes sat in her vehicle for hours as we came and went. Weird. Magnolia Cottage guest services (by phone) was very pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, as I said, we enjoyed our stay and were thankful the house and immediate area weren't damaged by the hurricane.

This property was super nice. Clean, well appointed, and a great location. This was by far the best location because of its easy access to the beach... pool... and surrounding popular towns along 30A. We highly recommend this property and will go again! Thank you!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our week-long stay at this rental. (Yes, it has been painted, so now it's a mossy green color.) We were able to walk across the street to get to the beach (about a 5-7 minute walk) or walk right down to the neighborhood pool. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. Washer and dryer were a huge plus, as well as a full kitchen. Our only snag was the dishwasher, which leaked. The rental agency offered to have it fixed immediately, but we declined as we weren't going to use it anymore that week. Seaside is a short drive up 30A and Panama City Beach is about 20 minutes in the other direction. We did spend a bit of time driving to one or the other, but that wasn't a huge drawback. Easy to message the rental company and they responded right away.
