The staff are really helpful , amicable and friendly. The beach view is great . Given the price we pay , it’s a value for money choice.

The location is a bit inconvenient as it is pretty far away from restaurants and there is not much things to do around this resort . The non- Villa room is a bit small and stuffy .

The breakfast had more of Vietnamese options but then it is natural as the hotel is in Mui Ne Village and has more of Vietnamese clientele. But then the F&B Manager was kind enough to provide the Continental breakfast options like eggs and butter with bread and cereal. The Room was upgraded to bungalow and had an amazing sea beach view which was just close outside the bungalow and made you feel that you step out and you're on the beach. Amazing view and had a great morning walk on the beach. The hospitality of the Front Desk Hostess was wonderful to be true. She arranged for a guided tour of the local Mui Ne Village and Phan Thiet. Visited the Sand Dunes, the temple festival, a beautiful close by beach and the Wine Castle along with the Mui Ne Fishing Village. Really Great. Also provided a negotiated price when had extended the stay by another day. Thank you.

Really nothing at all. You cannot swim in the sea but that is due to the cross currents and the staff warned not to go out to the beach at night for fear of getting stung by jelly fish washed ashore late in the evening. So the staff really care here.

The pool was great my kids didn't want to leave. The food was good enough and pretty cheap, some dishes were exceeded our expectations. The garden is very beautiful with many trees and flowers. The private beach was okay. There was garbage here and there on the beach but it was okay, there was a staff going out to pick up the garbage every few days. All the staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked. I think they had been trying to survive after the pandemic and I appreciated their efforts.

They didn't do room service on the second day of my stay, I didn't know why. The third day they didn't do either, I understood that because we were going to check out so they didn't show up to do. But we didn't complain because the room was pretty clean, the bathroom was quite spacious and airy so things were just fine.

I think Mui Ne is very beautiful, the government should make great efforts to develop it, the hotel is located in a remote location, not very good for eating, the others are very good
