Overall, location was great. The room was small but clean. Good interior. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tasty and varied breakfast.

The room did not have an aircon or a fan, so during the hottest days it was necessary to open the windows but even that did not help against the heat.

Bathroom was nice and modern, location was good for the lanxess arena, 10-15minute walk. Was not too expensive either

Beds were not particularly comfy. When we arrived to check in the door was locked and no staff around so had to spend 30minutes on hold with the sister hotel for them to give us a code to let ourselves in and use a deposit box for our room key. Other than cleaners visiting daily, didn't speak to or see any member of staff until the day of departure. By the looks of it there were times where there was no member of staff in the building at all.

All was ok, nice room, friendly staff, clean, good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast.

Room was very hot. Price was fairly high but it was of course during Anga when demand is high.

Good access to Messe via Trum, 4min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was great, spacious room, friendly staff.

Shower hook was broken. The shower nozzle was just temporary hooked, but easy to fall down.,..
