Where to start: 1) as per the welcome guide in the room a complimentary laundry service is offered for stays of 3 days or more - however they still tried to charge me once the laundry was returned and with no mention of a cost beforehand. 2) they ruined all my clothes doing laundry by putting everything in a tumble dryer - all clothes shrunk - the situation was handled very unprofessionally. 3) rooms are only cleaned if you tell them to apparently even though on my first day they cleaned it without telling them. 4) receptionists very rude. 5) location is very remote (in the middle of nowhere) and road leading to the hotel is not easily accessible (rocky and not tarmac). 6) showers are located outside of the room (beware bug infested). In summary I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

The property is very quiet and secluded. There are only six rooms so many times it felt like we were the only guests there. The staff was amazing and certainly caters to their guests' needs. A perfect place to relax for a few days. All of the food we had was excellent and the spa was wonderful. There are numerous opportunities for day excursions that the staff can coordinate too.

The WiFi was a bit inconsistent.
