Gueasthouse Ivan is a fantastic place to stay, situated right in the midst of beautiful, historic Scradin. You can literally feel the breath of history and enjoy a calm retreat with local people enjoying their morning coffees in the cafes or eveing beers in the narrow streets. Our stay in Guesthouse Ivan exceeded our expectations in many ways. The owner, Angela, is very friendly and ready to help in any way. Our room for 3 was very comfortable, renovated and clean with a nice balcony. The evening view from our balcony of the starry sky and the tops of the little church belfries was stunning.
The boat trip to Krka National Park (waterfalls) takes only 30 min. Swimming beach with easy access to the water (very good for kids) in Skradin after the trip was very refreshing. We enjoyed our stay in Skradin/Guesthouse Ivan very much and we will surely come back! Petra, Greg and Daniel (Czech-New Zealand family)

Great location, easy check in. Rooms were comfortable with everything that you needed. Was happy to accomodate an extra night. She even completed all our washing which is a massive bonus when you have been travelling for so long.

Walking distance to entry by boat to Krka national park. So clean and cozy!! Cute town!! Walking distance to pebbly beach and river for swimming since you can’t swim in park. Host gave great recommendations!! Free parking included!!

Really friendly host. Clean large rooms.. easy to walk to from bus station. In Main Street so handy for everything. lovely courtyard to relax in . The studio apartment was well equipped. Towels provided.

- The location is close to Krkr Park (which was the reason for staying at this particular location)
- Restaurants are available within walking distance (as well as other little shops)
- If you didn't pack light, the steps will be a workout!
- A refrigerator is available but no microwave or eating ware
- Parking is VERY challenging. There aren't many spots around.
