Everything was perfect 😊 Apartment was clean, we felt freshness, pleasant smell 🌸 Everything what you need was there. Every morning you can dring coffe in the terrace and relax looking at nice view to the sea. It tooks only 5-7 min to the beach. Thank you very much!

Very nice location close to Podstrana beach. Beautiful view of the sea. Very clean and comfortable accomodations, a home away from home. All amenities that you would need while traveling, washing machine including. Jasna and her son are very nice and friendly, gave us all kinds of useful information. Thank you guys for making our stay so nice!

- discreet and spacious apartment with beautiful see view. Big tarrace on which we spent lots of time. -very clean and well equiped apartament and souroundings. It is worth to notice that tarrace is now separated with doors which gives more discreecy (in the photos there is an old photo of tarrace without the doors). Of course it can be opened for people who will rent both apartments and want to create shared space. -polite and helpful owners. -Well equipped kitchen with big refigerator and dishwascher -nearest beach is amazing. Clean gravel, no need to wear protective shoes. There is a free and spacious parking next to the beach. A perfect option for people with children who font want to carry all their equipment. Despite of the fact beach is couple minutes walk from the apartment we were going there by car to have all the children toys/equipment with us -safe parking next to the apartment building which is not a standard in Podstrana as we noticed .

Hard to find any disadvantages

Perfect accommodation!!! Super spacious, super clean and modern apartment, quiet surrounding and lovely terrace with great views to Split and the Adriatic Sea. Beach in walking distance down the hill. Jasna is really friendly and brought fresh fruit from her garden - delicious. Fully equipped (big fridge, stove, dish washer, etc.) - she offers even mosquito repellent (plug), toilet paper, garbage bags, new towels etc. We totally recommend it! The house is located near beach, around 5min stroll; great view on sea and Split; quiet and cosy; the landlady is helpful and lovely; amenities are great; I definitely recommend it :)
