Location was literally perfect ...right in the middle of the Old Town just off the main street. Perfect location for restaurants, bars and shopping. Air conditioning was amazing after a day in the sun 🤣🙏 Very clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. Also enjoyed the smart TV for use of Netflix and YouTube after a long day exploring. Sara the host was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area.

Can't really think of anything we didn't like to be honest with you. Good experience all round.

Gorgeous apartment, clean with good facilities- we especially found the fridge and kettle helpful! Good apartment right in the centre of old town Zadar. Mario went above and beyond to help us have the most comfortable stay- an absolute gentleman & asset to the family business!

No lift! Our room was on the fourth floor and it was a bit difficult with luggage etc. Also, we chose the room with the bi- fold doors but actually it was a hassle to open them up as a heavy chair & side table needed moving every time and the space was very tight! Maybe the layout could be rethought to allow for easier access to open & close the doors? Otherwise a pretty perfect choice. Thankyou 🙂

Property was exactly like the photos. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was central and the staff were very helpful for a last minute booking.

The TV did not work properly but everything else was great.

I liked that the room had a clean modern feel. The bathroom and room was decorated nicely and there was plenty of space for clothes to be put away. The little touches such as shampoo and shower gel were handy. The welcome was nice and friendly. The location is ideal and all the shops, bars and restaurants you could need are just underneath you! The marina front was a short 5 minute walk.

Initially upon arrival we were really disappointed as we were under the impression we had booked the apartment from the photos. This is a much larger room with a view and self catering facilities. It was only on arrival we were shown the room that was quite small, up 3 flights of stairs and had no windows that looked out so it felt a little claustrophobic. I also think the price for the small room is on the high side and had I known that was what I was paying for I probably wouldn't have booked it. When we questioned the host he admitted this isn't the first time the mix up had happened which was slightly frustrating. This shouldn't take away from the fact it was a nice stay, it is meant more as a heads up so no one falls short like we did.

We love the design of the room. It had everything you needed in it,but it was also very specious. We arrived late at night and the owner waited for us. We appreciated that a lot.

There were bars downstairs and you could hear the noise , but with the windows closed it was all quiet.

Air conditioning was not located well in the room and it was very difficult to feel it around the room. This led to the room being extremely hot at times and difficult to sleep in. The apartment is also on the 3rd floor of an old building, with no lift access - just an FYI if booking

The location in the center is ideal, nice room too. Good contact with the host upon arrival.

3rd floor, lots of stairs was bit much for us. Bathroom bit small/narrow, especially if your child or partner needs help.

It was in the heart of the center, very clean and organized, with some complementary tea and coffee.

The host (Sara) was really kind and informative. She made us feel welcome instantly. She also told us where we could park for free/lower costs and gave us recommendations for breakfast/lunch/dinner

You have the walk past a restaurant everytime you enter the apartment. Almost every time the personnel there tried to give us a menu for their restaurant, which wasn't appreciated by us as we just wanted to go back to our apartment.

Great central location, very helpful host, gave good advice on where to eat etc. Very comfortable bed and pillow, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. Powerful shower and bath was spacious. Would highly recommend.

No lift, however this didn't bother us at all.

one day i was out and when i came back my door was open and they were working on my AC with all my bags inside and stuff and no one told me anything

The only issue was the walk up the stairs. Everything else was fine

Banging on wall from neighbour in the morning. Maybe a little overpriced for what it was.

The room is very well placed in Zadar old town, all main attractions are at walking distance. Windows face an internal courtyard, so it is very quiet. The kindness of the hosts can't be stressed enough - they were super available to our needs and gave us great recommendations for the stay. The room was equipped with everything needed for a short stay.
