المكان نظيف الموقع ع البحر ،، الشقه متكامله كل شي موجود خاصه الي معهم اطفال ويحتاجون غسيل ملابس والتنظيف يومي والتعامل جيد من الموظفين
صار عندي حساسية بوجهي من المخدات رغم اني اللبس المخده غيار من عندي لكن اظن القطع تحتاج تعقيم وجهي حكه وحبوب

It was really impressive to have its own unique architecture within the historical texture. The hotel's location within the historical texture makes you feel privileged.
The suite we stayed in was very nice, the children's room, living room and kitchen have very modern details, allowing you to witness a simple and impressive experience. The hotel staff, and especially the lady at the reception, were attentive and helpful, making us feel like we were in a family environment.
When we visit Batumi, we do not need to think about where we will stay. We thank you for everything.

I liked the fact that it's real hotel with breakfast and room service, but at the same time it's an apartment with kitchen (kettle, fridge, dishes and cutlery) and washing machine. Best of both worlds.
Wonderful location near mosque, beach, cable car and restaurants. And nice view: you can see sea and mountains from your balcony while drinking tea.
Thermal water regulation in the shower was slightly broken and water temperature was gradually increasing by itself. I had to constantly readjust it by hand.

Excellent location, very clean, finely decorated, and equipped, combined with a very reasonable price.
The staff were so helpful and friendly.
The restaurant served breakfast accurately as ordered, with much care and taste.

Very big and comfortable apartment (with full kitchen), view towards Batumi harbour, very close to city center and all sights, safe underground parking, was easy to find
Quite noisy street in front (cobblestone street with lots of traffic) - even with closed windows one can hear the cars passing

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good location. Helpful stuff. Don’t make a mistake of booking a presidential suite, family rooms are much more comfortable and have better views. A fixed menu for breakfast, which by the way was delicious.

The staff was super pleasant, we were welcomed very well. Rooms are also in a good style, everything is new and works very well. Our child was happy with a baby bed and a baby chair. Quiet location and nice view to the port.

We were given a sofa bed instead of an actual bed.
sleeping quality was terrible.
Breakfast was of a poor quality and reception team forgot to mention is was not included in the room rate. Eventually we did not consume breakfast due to low quality although we got charged full price for 2.

The Noise from the street was annoying we basically heard every car passing by the hotel
without this noise the room would be perfect

Clean and comfortable. We stayed with 3 small kids and it was very comfortable

Great location allows to walk to most available city places, including beach. The seeview rooms are wonderful - drinking morning coffee, you can observe how cargo ships dock at the port. Cleaning is held every day with excellent quality. The staff at the reception is always on site and very responsive to different situations related to your staying in Batumi.
Perhaps someone may be bothered by the noise outside the window because of intensive car traffic and the port, but we were fine with it.
