This hostel was lovely- great shared kitchen, private bathrooms and good attention to overall cleanliness. The location was good (about 5 min walk into town) and there are some good local restaurants on the way. The beds were comfortable and we always had hot water.

A bit far from city center

This is a really nice place. Nice comfortable, clean room with good shower. The kitchen is also clean & tidy, after months of travel, It was nice to cook our own meals in a clean kitchen.

some stains on one of the blankets, which was not a big deal since we had clean other ones. Its a bit weird because everything else like bathroom, rooms, kitchen is really clean

Nice place comfortable the kitchen has all the facilities you need to cook.

Wifi is not working very well at times and is pretty slow but that seems like something quite normal in San Pedro.

The Hostal Atacama Ancestral is in the walking distance of the city San Pedro (5 min walking). We booked the private room, which was nothing special, but it provided everything that we needed. We liked the kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and it was nice to chill at the lounge/backyard. We appreciated that we could hang wet cloths just infront of our room.

While having a shower it was hard to set the right temperature and the water at the sink had only the cold water.

I stayed in a double-bed room with prive bathroom. It was all good!

The property was very clean. The room was nice and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and they provided free coffee and hot chocolate. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Really clean, big bedroom, friendly staff- helped me out a lot by letting me pay via transfer as our card wouldn’t withdraw cash! Location is just a short walk to the Main Street and across the road from a supermarket. Kitchen available with oven and hob and really well stocked! Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are newer. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and good hot water showers. (We has a private room with shared bathroom) the staff was friendly and helpful.
