We can totally see why people return year after year! The apartment has everything you need, a stunning view and is near plenty to do. Communication was great and check in/out was easy.

We identified the property firstly because of the stunning views and also because it had an additional small cloakroom in the double bedroom for my elderly parents. Initial contact with the host also quickly established that there is a small flight of 'easy rise' stairs up to the property which my parents would manage.The property was everything we could have wished for and more. The accessibility to the promenade and beach from the car park via the security gate was invaluable for people with mobility issues. The property itself was very clean and well equipped; there was nothing else we could have wished for. We had an amazing week; there are so many wonderful things to do and places to visit in the close vicinity and the weather was amazing too!!! Thank you so much; we would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to everyone!

The property is well maintained and all the appliances functioned as they should. The position on a slope to the sea makes access to the beach, via the car park very quick. We left our car parked most of the time, using public transport and went on the local walks. Very enjoyable time. P.S. the chinese takeaway Rickshaw Boy is very good.

We had an amazing week. The property should be 5tar. Views were outstanding. Property had everything, comfortable and very clean. We highly recommend and we will return. Thank you for making our holiday so special. Robert and Dawne

Experience was excellent, everything you need at hand within and with only a few minute’s walk. Your privacy was respected, but you had almost instant access to support if need be. Just waiting for my security deposit and this vacation will have been truly perfect.

This apartment was in a fantastic location. It was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening watching the boats and people watching. Hopefully there will be a vacancy for us to stay again next year.

The apartment is beautifully positioned with great views of the sea and right on the beach. The images online don't do it justice. Only 2 restaurants are close and it's a bit of an uphill walk from Paignton itself but only 10 to 15 minutes. Instruction Manuals for the oven and washing machine would have been helpful. Beds were a bit too firm for our tastes but OK.

Lovely view from lounge, close to beach, nice to be able to walk to places rather than use the car like we do at home, lovely area to explore a bit further as well. Owner and Penny (in charge of property) both very helpful. Thankyou, Would visit again.

Nice stay...bit of a hill from the town

Very clean, tidy and extremely well presented accommodation; the view along the beach and across the bay is spectacular from both inside the living room area and on the balcony.

We can’t give this property anything other than 5 stars. The only thing we would suggest is a chain lock on the inside as our 2 1/2 year old managed to reach both door handles and managed to open them we managed to catch her just before she trapped her fingers. The balcony was a bit dirty too full of cobwebs and needed a bit of TLC and the fridge doesn’t have anything to stand the milk in I think that was a problem for previous guests as there was spilt, gone off milk in the bottom which went sour and the fridge started to smell, so nothing major but that’s just our feedback. Thanks for a lovely stay.
