Everything was spot on. It is hard to explain a feeling of a place, but if you are looking for somewhere different but still homely, this is it. Lovely location, facilities, relaxed atmosphere and last but far from the least... the host.

Amazing view, THR place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet hotel in a busy area.

Fantastic location; literally on the water! Our ocean view room had a balcony that was just wonderful for sitting and enjoying the view. Our host was gracious and helpful.

The hallway was quite loud outside our room due to the hard floor, walls, etc. Maybe a rug would help dampen the sound?

We spent a wonderful week in this amazing place! The position is perfect if you like to relax in front of the sea view from the rooms that is stunning.. Also the cleaning lady and the owners are so nice! We recommend it! and hope to come back!!

Beautiful hotel, very clean and with big comfortable beds. Loved the view, the proximity to the sea, and the sound of the waves in the room. Very nice and helpful owner.

Have stayed there only for 3 nights. Definitely should have stayed more nights. Just a suggestion: it would have been nice to have coffee and tea in the room

This place is just designed for a vacation by the sea. The apartments are right on the seafront, and the roar of the waves acts just like therapy. It is a great pity that we did not stay for the entire duration of our trip, because when we went to another place, it was both sad and disappointing to leave Alas. We very much hope to one day return to this place. The memories will never fade and, in general, it would be difficult to find a place that would surpass this one. Best wishes to the host, Nikos. Great view, beautiful room, wonderful host!

The place itself is amazing. You wake up with seaview out of the bed and the roof terrace is awesome. Nikos was really nice and always kindly answered our questions and gave us some great advice about places and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The terrace was perfect to start and end a day. We spent some time watching stars and listening to an audio book here. The breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious every time. Also the room was beautiful and clean. It had a fridge we used it to cool drinks and fruit. The AC worked well. You will find various nice beaches in the area and are also close to Zakynthos city. Nikos was a great host, he had tips for us for eating and activities for each day. Everything was easy, there was parking as well and good places to eat were in walking distance. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable.

We paid for breakfast each morning. It was exceptional. Served fresh each morning, with many options. Traditional and delicious! The location of this property is perfect. Right on the the seafront and far enough away from the busier end of Argassi Town, whilst close to many first class restaurants for dinner. Everything is walking distance and you can make do without a car. Should you need anything, Nikos will go above and beyond for you.

There is nothing that could be improved. Alas Beach Lodge is a wonderful place to relax and take in your surroundings.

Excellent location right in front of the sea! Close to city of Zante and in the heart of Argassi in a silent and quite position! Warm and cozy atmosphere, new furnitures and facilities. The owners are super kind and prone to help: the entire stay was just worthy and lovely!
