it was down a depressing back street. My room was a strange shape and very small. Unlike previous reviews no English was spoken. I was tired and hot having walked in the heat from Estella and I had absolutely no idea what the receptionist was telling me. unlike previous reviews that said the owner advised on good restaurants for dinner and breakfast, the receptionist wanted to sell their breakfast and indicated there was nowhere else for breakfast. the breakfast was VERY ordinary, the cheese for example was plastic pre sliced cheese which must have come out of a supermarket pre-sliced packet. the apples were floury etc. the room was totally utilitarian and looked out onto a back yard that was a renovation dump. the shower was jammed between the toilet and the wall and was very small. when trying to turn around in the shower I bumped the tap and nearly scalded myself with hot water. if you are used to dormitory Albergues, then having a private room and bathroom may be a step up, but I thought the whole thing from reception, to room to food was bad and bad value for money compared to others in Spain.

It was super clean and airy. Great location- quiet . The receptionist/ Jose was wonderfully welcoming and very helpful. Spoke about what to see and where to eat . He spent time talking through the map of Los Arcos. This was really really useful. The room was clean spacious and really attractive. Amazing big clean bathroom en-suite. We had a balcony and could wash and dry clothes outside with ease. Really really enjoyed this overnight stay - we had great food in Restaurant Mavi , and saw the professional cyclists passing through the town it was the Vuelta a Espana 2021 passing through!
