This hotel is in a perfect spot at the harbor, which means that breakfast or drinks are enjoyed while watching heading to or from the beach and enjoying a warm sunny day. I wish I could rate the staff even higher than this! It almost felt like coming home to family! Rooms are modern and refurbished while the hotel feels classical. The cocktails are also amazing!

Amazing views from our room - the apartment room. The terrace was superb. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery for what we needed.

Location is awesome. Perfect views over the harbour and midway between several excellent restaurants. Loved setting of the bath in room 24, I could relax in bath and enjoy the views. Nice breakfast.

Woken up by noisy vehicles in night. Needs better soundproofing.

no reception so when I had problem with heater of shower, had to leave it till next morning. wifi very weak, couldn’t connect most of the time. Was able to get free parking down the road.

the room was not clean when we arrived. plus, our room had no windows. it was not possible neither to breath, nor to sleep the first night. we asked to be moved to another room. we were moved to a bigger and much more comfortable room the second night.

Third visit to this hotel. View is amazing! Food in the restaurant as always delicious. Tried 3 different rooms, so now know the apartment with terrace is my favourite.

Apartment is in an excellent location and spacious. Apartment is dated but was clean and tidy.

Partly a language barrier but most staff were not too eager to assist with enquiry with the exception of one.

Right on the port at Mèze so could not be more central, great location. Good size room, comfortable bed. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, and there are plenty of restaurants on the port within a few seconds' stroll.

Air conditioning seemed to stop working during the night (a fan was provided, so maybe that was a hint!) so the room was very hot and stuffy - we were only there one night so no point in making a fuss. Having the windows open at this time of year (late August) is not a good option, plus there is a certain amount of street noise. The shower is in need of some attention (room no 21).

Very expensive. Very difficult to park in the port area (despite the hotel advertising free parking). Room not ready at check in time. Tiny ineffective AC machine for large room. Restaurant had not one single one of our choices off the menu one one day - tartare st jaques and tuna steak (maybe we were unlucky that day). Significant loss of ambiance and staff conviviality since our last visit in January 2020. But none of this will stop us returning, nevertheless, slightly disappointing.
