Awesome staff especially the waitress at breakfast Very good and afforadable restaurant with amazing wine

My room ( booked a small one) was in front of the stairs, being very noisy every time someone was lead by the staff for checking in the room. Plus the light in the corridor stays on all night being a "pollution" when sleeping. Heard a lot as well the next door room, specially the shower and the guy singing in the shower. Luckily they were very kind and understood they were heard so no more disturbance after that. The very good price of the room makes those inconveniences as details

check in was easy even though we arrived during the break, hosts were responsive on messages before our arrival and during our stay. location great and hotel lovely and clean

location, room size, the breakfast!

My room was lovely, well equipped, clean and I enjoyed having a balcony with seating. I was close to Centro storico as well as the water and yet my evening's rest was peaceful. Valentina was kind and was very helpful with all I needed. In addition, there's a fabulous restaurant.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I was very happy here and would return for any future trip to Trapani.

Problems with checking in - property is unmanned at times when restuarant is closed and communication was quite poor .

Very nice, comfortable room in a historic palace with great view of the square. There is also a nice sitting area outside, which we didn’t use because we were there in December. The restaurant downstairs is really great, it serves excellent Sicilian food at a reasonable price. Rich and varied breakfast is a plus.

Very nice apartment in the city centre. We have arrived on Saturday evening so it was really difficult to find a parking slot but finally we were successful. Very good restaurant. Nice staff always ready to help. Nice breakfast.

During our stay there was a big storm and we did not have breakfast but they could not do anything about it.

very difficult to understand the parking rules (nobody tell us before the limitation). We spent one hour and a half looking for a place to park

extremely nice, spotless clean, very well decorated. but what I appreciated the most was the mattress: it was super confortable, with a foamy mattress that is usually found in boutique hotels... I slept like a baby. very friendly staff, amazing breakfast (i prepared myself a « estratto di frutta » and picked some local cookies).
