The house is amazing. The owners were very kind and made sure to contact us regularly and as needed. The pictures dont do this house justice. The pool and hotub were so nice and enjoyable, we didnt need to go to the community pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. Living room and dining room were nice to relax, eat and play games. Home owners provide many games and books to read, i taught my grandma, aunt, and uncle how to play sequence. We had a blast! If the opportunity comes back up and we can reserve this house there would be no hesitation.

This house fit our goal perfect. We needed a place close to our son and grandson as well as a place where they could come visit and be comfortable. Although July/Aug. isn't the ideal time to be in this area, the pool did give us an opportunity to be outside. The pool water was somewhat warm, but still nice after my runs in the morning, and for us to enjoy with the family. We loved the house itself. Everything we needed was there and available to use. We had a very nice 2 1/2 week stay. Thank you!!!!

The house was just as described. You will get Exactly what you see in the pictures, and more. This house felt like " home away from home." Bradley was very responsive, he answered every text message that I sent him within 1 hr or less. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The pool was amazing. A little smiller than I thought, but it was great for a family of 4 and few guest! The neighborhood felt safe, family vibe, and close to restaurants, gas station, and a Walmart. I appreciate the number of clean towels provided. The kitchen had enough dishes, and appliances for our 1-week-stay. They also had few cold drinks un the Frige and a variety of seasoning bottles for cooking. The Arizona heat kept the pool always warm, so that was something we needed to adjust, but it was nice to go in the pool late night. Overall, I highly recommend Bradley's place!

We love this San Tan Valley house— we’ve stayed for a week two separate times now. The kids LOVE the pool and hot tub (as do we!) It’s we’ll stocked and feels like a home. Not missing a thing! Brad is always excellent with any communication! Queen Creek nearby has lots to do. Thanks for the great stay!

The house was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location was convenient with supermarket less than 5 minute drive and even a Walmart. Everything in the house was clean and well-stocked. Information regarding house rules and details were provided in a binder and with signage throughout the property. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the backyard privacy was great. The garage even had lots of pool noodles and floats available for use. Bradley was super responsive and a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend booking this house! Super-easy and great experience from start to finish.

We were in Arizona visiting friends, and this place was perfect. The pool stopped us from melting in the Arizona heat. The living room was cozy, and it was perfect for us to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Brad was communicative, helpful, and kind. We're already talking about coming back with our kids!

Perfect getaway from the frantic city where I’m from. Quite oasis to relax in , quiet neighborhood and house has beautiful pool in backyard. All I can say is perfect place to stay. Also this is my second time staying here

We had an absolute amazing stay in this property. It’s handy to all the usual local amenities. My son and I spent hours in the pool playing basketball whilst my wife watched on from the sun loungers. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is considering it.

Our daughter was married on Saturday. We came down Wednesday to help with prep. Many of our children and extended family came in for the festivities. This home was perfect for visiting and relaxing. The grand kids came over once to swim and eat. The owners were on top of everything and we had no problems. Highly recommend the property for any occasion or reason.
