Location of apartment, plenty of space inside and had everything we needed.

Apart from a garden space, or lack of a view, everything was ideal for us.

Helpful, friendly host. House had everything we needed for a short stay. Location nice and central and handy for restaurants and takeaways in Forres twin centre.

Location and size of apartment made it a good choice for our weekend away whilst we were visiting friends.

Overall the apartment was OK. However there were a few disappointments, made even more so when you read reviews from previous bookings reporting the issues. The beds in this property really let it down, they're easily the most uncomfortable sleep we've ever had, they're too low, mattresses have seen better days and one of the bed frames had broken slats which having read a review from mid April, I'm perplexed to understand why they haven't been fixed. The main bathroom also lets this property down, years of use are very evident with lots of mould on tile grout and sealant, nothing a little bleach and elbow grease won't fix, just a shame that it was felt OK to leave in this condition in the first place.

The apartment was welcoming and in good location.

No remote for main hall TV. The remote in one of the bedroom was not working. In one of the bedrooms slats of the bed frame were broken. Informed owner as well while we were there.

The double bed first bedroom on the right in my opinion could do with being renewed, but I am a big lad, but I could feel where the bed joined.

Location, we were visiting family in the area. Also it was close to the High Street and takeaway shops so no cooking! Dog friendly with no carpets which is always a bonus.

No garden, but where the property is situated was more important for our short stay. Short walk to the large local park.

In the centre of Forres near to all shops

Car parking was in public car park 50m away

Communication, directions and key pick-up excellent. Parking nearby and a great park, Grant Park, for the dog. Great, spotless property with everything u need. Handy having 2 toilets. Comfy sofas and beds. Would return if going back to Forres.

The location was perfect for us & the house was lovely with everything we needed.

The neighbour next door & upstairs could've been more respectful to other guests with volume of TV at night & their music very early in morning 🙁

The usual high standard from Varis apartments. If the weather isn’t to good and you have to stay in the tellys have Netflix and Prime.

Excellent quality modern apartment fitted out to a high standard

A vertical handrail in the shower would be of help to elderly people. This is very frequently absent in almost all accommodation but is a safety aid worth installing and ver cheap consult local NHS Occupational Therapy departments for advice. That said the bath was non slippy and comfortable.

The flat is very big, plenty of space for a family of four, there's lot of storage in case you want to stay for a week or two. A bonus was the two bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Lovely place, central and close to parking area. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
