We had a perfect week at Persa and Thanasis house at the beach! The house is very beautiful and spacious with a great terraze. The location is really perfect - 30 mts from the beach and a 10 minutes walk from Skiathos city centre. Persa and Thanasis are very warm and welcoming people who we are very happy to have met. Persa helped us with everything we needed during our stay, and we were picked up at the port when we arrived, and driven to the airport when we left. Since Persa and Thanasis run a water sport centre at the beach, we were given free sunbeds the entire week, and water sport activities at a discounted price. Thanasis also drove us in his boat to an island nearby and picked us up again when we called him. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to go back some day! :)

From the time we arrived at the airport & being met by Persa, until our time to leave, everything was perfect! Persa is such a lovely, helpful person, nothing is too much trouble for her to do to make your holiday great. Advising you of places to eat, places to go, helping with supermarket trips. Having reserved front row sun beds on the beach whenever needed was lovely. The house is amazing! Very spacious & homely. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony area with sea view was absolutely perfect. A great place to sit at anytime of the day or night. There was 6 of us in our group & we would have breakfast there, have pre-dinner drinks & night caps on our return, after a night out. The house is really close to the beach & only a short walk away from Skiathos Town. We used public transport, which we found very good. Megali Ammos Watersport team are great, with lots of activities to do to make your holiday memorable. We rented 2 speed boats for a day & after very clear & helpful instructions from Persa, we had a fantastic time & made some great memories. The inflatable sofa was great fun too. There are some good eating places nearby & we found it not too expensive. We were sad when we had to leave, but I am sure we will return again.

We spent four wonderful weeks in this nice villa apartment. The location is top notch. Close to everything still calm and quiet. You are on the beach and you can walk to Skiathos town. You can take long walks and you can catch the bus, just minutes from the house. There are plenty of tavernas nearby and small supermarkets just a couple of minutes walk from the house. You don't need a car. The house is clean and very well maintained, Persa looks after the house in the very best way. Every three days we had a clean house, clean beds and clean towels. If we needed something, Persa fixed it at once. You don't have a garden here, but who needs one when you have the beach outside your door step? We spent our outside time at the house on the stunning terrace. The view from there is wonderful. All beds in the house are very comfortable, we slept like babies. The AC worked well and were very quiet. Every day we had our sunbeds on the beach, first row. This is a great service, included in the price. The 20 % discount on the Watersports is great, there is a lot you can enjoy. Parachute, speed rings, waterski, wake board, boat rental... And Thanasis at the Watersports, Persas husband, took us to the islands, Arkos and beautiful Tsougria, and to different beach tavernas. He took us there and came and picked us up when we called for him. A great service and not at all expensive. You have a couple of nice tavernas on the beach, we preferred Thessaloniki, Anemoni, Exantas and Café del Mar. We didn't cook in the house, only breakfasts. Our favourite restaurants in town are The Borzoi and Basilikos. Beach taverna favourites are Kanapitsa and Sklithri. Our hosts, Persa and Thanasis, are the loveliest people. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us. When our grand child was ill, Persa took us to her doctor and to the pharmacy. When my sister left for Athens early in the morning, Thanasis drove her to the airport . They are just wonderful people! They made us feel very welcome, from the pick up at the airport til the drop off at the airport. We went back home with wonderful memories from this stay, and the best memories we got from Persa and Thanasis. They really made us feel at home. They didn't only open their home for us, they opened their hearts. We shared a lot of joy and laughter! We can strongly recommend this rental to anybody and we will be back!

Five of us spent a week at this wonderful villa in June and had the best holiday ever. The villa is so amazing, especially the terrace overlooking the sea and neighbouring islands. This is a wonderful place for pre-dinner drinks. The 3 bedrooms are spacious with loads of cupboard space and air conditioning. The villa is absolutely spotless and so nicely furnished too. The downstairs area is great for outside meals in the shade. There are lots of tavernas nearby on the beach and many excellent ones in town, only 15 minutes walk away. The owner, Persa, a very clever lady, is always on hand to offer help and advice. Front row beds on the beach every day are saved, if required, which is a lovely touch. Two sun beds and an umbrella costs 8 Euros per day so this is a real bonus. The beach is gorgeous and so close and the water sports are brilliant. We tried water-skiing, wakeboarding and paddle boards and had great fun. The speedboat trip to the island of Tsougrias was also one of the highlights of our stay. The wi-fi is very good throughout the villa and there is also a large TV, although we were too busy exploring beautiful Skiathos. The villa is in a great location and is very peaceful. There are several small supermarkets a few minutes walk away so no real need for a car. We hired 2 Suzuki Jimny Jeeps for one day to discover more of the island and we also went on a boat trip from the port (€20 so good value). However staying in this outstanding home was the best part of our holiday. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return some day. The hospitality of hosts Persa, Thanassis and Dimitris is exceptional and Skiathos is a really beautiful place.

We've visited Skiathos several times before, staying at different hotels as well as renting a private villa. This time we really hit the jackpot! You cannot find a better location to spend your holiday in Skiathos. You live right on the beach and still Skiathos town is just a short walk away. The layout of the house is very well thought out so there are no "dead" spots which you leave unused. House cleaning is simply the best, absolutely spotless. I guess that you could actually bounce a coin off the perfectly made beds:-) The hospitality of hosts Persefoni, Thanassis and Dimitris is warm and sincere and incomparable to any other I've encountered. You are given extensive information on all important issues regarding your stay at the house. They'll happily give you good tips on nice tavernas and restaurants, places of interest etc. I highly recommend this house and I'll be happy to return for many years to come.

We were a party of 6 with ages ranging from 15 - 55 and we all had a wonderful holiday at Perse's villa in August 2016. The villa's rooms are light and beautifully decorated all with air conditioning, and the spacious balcony has lovely views over the bay. The villa really is only a minute's walk from the sandy beach on flat ground and 15 minutes walk from Skiathos Town with its lively bars and restaurants. There are very nice tavernas on the beach too for a local meal. Perse is incredibly helpful and generous with her time and the watersports are really good fun. The island and the villa were even better than we had hoped for and we had one of our best holidays ever here and we thoroughly recommend it.

This property exceeded our expectations. There were 6 of us - aged 14 to 70+. Perfectly clean with the owner (Persefoni) who cannot do too much to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Persephoni collected us from the airport and took us back for our flight home.What we liked was that the property was very close to the beach and local Tavernas but it was quiet with no troublesome noise. The property was within easy walking distance into Skiathos Town for both daytime or evening visits. There are small friendly supermarkets nearby which can provide for most needs. The local buses provide an excellent service. Take the owner's speedboat to the unoccupied island for a special experience. We are very happy to recommend this property.

We were incredibly well looked after by the owner Perse and her family, who arranged our transfer from the airport, and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is new, spacious and spotlessly clean. The two bedrooms on the top floor open onto a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, our favourite place to sit and relax. It is literally yards from the beach where Perse reserved sunbeds for us free of charge whenever we wanted, although most days we chose to explore the many other lovely beaches of the island, using the cheap buses which run frequently throughout the day. It's only a short walk along the beach past the tavernas to Skiathos town, a perfect location. A highlight of our stay was parasailing with Thanassis, Perse's husband. This is a great place from which to experience Skiathos.
