-the view and location was superb -the facilities in the apt was perfect

-a window was broken prior to my stay and I discovered it. I told the staff about it, and they sent someone to fix it immediately, which was great. However, I was also working during my stay and had meetings. The staff did not inform me of the time they'd be coming, and came twice without my prior knowledge. During the second time, I was doing something important and could not entertain having someone fixing a window. I asked them to wait till I've left to do it as I wouldn't be using the window anyway

Our 5th time here over the last 3 years. Wonderfully situated not too far from the town centre, everything you need in a lovely apartment with a sea view.

The property has an excellent location and provided a fun base for us on a short trip to the sea during the holidays. Everything was clean, though basic, and met our needs for this short stay. The view was lovely.

Something to make coffee with! A cafetiere, even a small one, would have been appreciated. The bedroom had an odd chemical smell from an air freshener or something.

The location was great. The views were wonderful. The female staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

Massively overpriced, very cheap bedding like students. Some of bedding stained and all sheets fitted badly. Mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable as are pillows. Whole place needs updating as we paid over £600. No hooks nor towel rails. Need new curtains that are hung to keep out light and are not cheap looking & pots are scratched. Need sharp knives and we only had 2 teaspoons for 5 of us. Advertised as fully equipped kitchen but we didn't get enough washing up liquid, antibacterial cleaner and cloths nor teatowels nor bin bags nor tin foil as we expected and have got elsewhere. No recycling bins provided. Basics were missing in toilet too, no extra rolls provided as advertised. Vents and ceiling in shower & loo need cleaning as do paint stains along edge of carpets. The oven tripped the electrics and we couldn't cook despite resetting it 6 times. I think this has happened before and needs addressing. Manager was unsympathetic when I phoned to tell him and offered nothing in return. He hasn't replied to my last message sent 36 hours ago. The housekeeping staff were helpful hardworking and friendly.

Other people staying ...we think they were workers and a smell of cooking garlic was very strong early morning (6am)and late at night...... Really not happy with this

Big spacious lounge - high ceilings - big windows. Bright and light. Nice to see the sea so close.

Didn't feel a great welcome - in spite of phoning ahead we were not met and had to phone again. Parking was horrendously difficult when we arrived. Had to park quite a long way from the property, Although parking permit was issued, there are not enough spaces nearby for unloading - we had a long walk back and forth with our bags.

the bathroom was a little smaller than I expected, but the view was 10 times better. I spent more time looking at the view than I did looking at the bathroom

The only thing i would comment on is i would have liked a smart TV with built in netflix to aid with relaxation on an evening, other than that, faultless stay

The location was perfect.The room was clean,lots of room,everything you need,lift to all floors,beds were comfy.The lady who met us with our keys was very nice,really helpful and friendly.This was my second stay here and I love it.

I loved it all

Cracking location, close to all amenities, very clean, stayed in apartment 1, with balcony and a seaview, and a separate bedroom. It was also on the ground floor 👍 Everything we needed, really pleased with this little find. We were greeted and shown around the apartment which was great. I would defo recommend. Parking right outside and its free .. bonus ☺️

Nothing to dislike, my only feedback would be the mattress is very soft.. I prefer a firmer one but that's just a personal choice. ☺️
