The room we had had a balcony and amazing views from the room to the black sea. everything was good the apartment is great for a stay of a few days, with great access to the old city, and easy access to parking if you want to go out. the staff was really helpful as well.

There were two small issues: The kitchen was a little small, and didn't have a lot of appliances. The window shades are a bit lacking - they are not blackout, and in the morning the sunrise woke us early.

Еxcellent location, very clean, beautiful view

Nice apartment with a seaside view, with great facilities and a kitchen. Many restaurants nearby and direct access to the alleys to visit the entire town. The apartment is clean and the garbage was taken out daily. There is a free parking lot in front of the villa that can be accessed with a card we received from the host.

No negative aspects

The location. The reception staff was very kind and genuinely tried to make up for the state of the room by offering us a complimentary wine.

The double rooms are radically different to the suites. Situated at underground floor, with tiny balcony on which one sits literally back to back with guests next door, very noisy from the public path on which tourists walk by the window. The room was dusty, dark, shabby and crammed.

The view is wonderful,also the small beach Buna is near the place. Our room was a small one, but very clean and comfortable.The host was very nice and kind and we used Google translate to give us every info we need. Also the lady offered us coffee and it was very good.

No proper/ blackout blinds, difficult to communicate with the host/ cleaning while they were nice people and trying to help, no basic supplies in the kitchen (napkins, salt& peper)

Upon our arrival we comunicate with the lady on the phone to get us thru the barrier of the old town to the vila with the car to unload the lugages at the property.When we did that ,we obtained the keys and free parking card from the receptionist lady which explained via google translator everything .After unloading we just drive out and park the car just below the property on the gated car park.it was safe and easy reach,just few metres and steps from the property.You could see your car from the window. The Location of the property is in the old town,you just walk off the entry door across the street and dive into the labyrinth of the narrow little streats with restaurants,market,shops coffes you name it.The atmosfer of the Nesebar Old town is memorable and very special.the local little beach was ok ,we had tryed after we arrived and you can have a swim in the sea ,but the best is realy to go to sunny beach.

There is nothing bad to say,everything for us was just great.

Located in the ancient town is perfect for evening walks, but at the same time is not crowded and loud. The host is super-friendly, we got all the needed information or help. She is doing incredible job by keeping the villa clean, blooming and comfy. The rooms are small, but very cozy and nice. Openwork curtains, a fresh sea breeze and a delightful view from the window (we lived in room No. 6) fully correspond to the spirit of the town itself. I really recommend this villa and hope to get back once!

The wi-fi connection was not good for handling a video-call. So if you need to make some business meetings - you have to find some alternative. But the best option - have a good rest and do not work at all! ;)

We really enjoyed the panoramic view from the balcony and the proximity to both the sea and shopping. The rooms were airy and bright; the bathroom was larger than most and well organized.

There was initially a problem with the bed but it was satisfactorily resolved.

First thing first, The host was amazing. Absolutely lovely. We had a sea view room and we were so glad we chose that, we watched the sunset and sunrise from our balcony. The bedroom space and room space was big enough for us two and we thought it was well decorated and suited for a beach apartment. Kitchen area was small but that didn't bother us at all. Overall, we were very pleased and impressed with the service, apartment, view, location. It was a perfect ending to our 2 week road trip.
