We had a wonderful stay at Campeche Villa. The accommodations were very spacious, clean, airy, with all the right conveniences - TV, wifi, laundry, AC, cooking appliances etc. The view is amazing, and the garden is beautiful - excellent value in the price. We were very comfortable for the entire trip. The location is ideal as it is a short distance from the very nice Mero beach and easy access to the towns, Roseau and Portsmouth. We were able to drive to the property with accommodation for parking easily. Our hosts were the best! Very pleasant, helpful, and hospitable. Felt like family. Thank you Janet and Eddie for a wonderful stay.

This is a five star appartment. It is located on a hill in the small village of mero. It is fully equipped from the iron to the washing machine. It has a nice porch and it's very big.

the property is simply beautiful. it is very much home from home. Janet has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. the only suggestion I would make is to have stronger WiFi. when the three of us were on our laptops at the same time, there was much buffering; especially when we had meetings. a small but very fixable thing. we felt very safe and would love to use this property again in the future. I highly recommend. the views are to die for ❤️

We loved our stay at Campeche Villa's. Janet was a perfect host and the property is a very short distance from Mero Beach. The apartment was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome. We highly recommend Campeche Villa's.

There was nothing that could be improved on. Everything was perfect.

The generous Owners Janet and Eddie live on-site upstairs. The house sits high on a hill, with a view of the valley, and on most days gets a very nice cross-breeze. The 3-bedroom apartment is very roomy (we were 4 adults sharing - my husband and I in one room, and our two adult children each in their own rooms) and a small shared balcony connects it to the 1-bedroom apartment on the other side of the house. The apartment has a full kitchen, and even has a dishwasher which is always a bonus in self-catering apartments! Janet and Eddie were very gracious hosts, offering advice about restaurants and sights to see. Janet has left many standard food items in the cupboard, such as salt & pepper, a few other spices, instant coffee, sugar, cocoa drink powder. The breakfast provided included a loaf of bread for toasting, a generous number of eggs, milk and she also brought us fresh fruits from her garden (Papaya & plantain) several times during our stay. The shower is spacious and we had enough hot water for 4 showers in a row, so this would be great for families traveling together (no one wants a cold shower!). The included cable TV features local channels, sports, and even kid's channels like Cartoon Network. The internet speed was quite good, we were able to watch Netflix or video chat in the living room.

Not about the property but responding to a previous reviewer who claimed that they "mistreat" their dogs. We saw NO evidence of that! In fact, the dogs were affectionate with everyone and our hosts always instructed them to come to a safe area (the outdoor verandah) while we were moving the car around in the driveway or exiting out of the gate.

It's nice villa. Can comfortable fit 7 peole. Janette and her husband are very nice people. We had nice talk and they offered us beer on arrival and local rum :). When we arrived they stocked fridge with some eggs, butter, papaya, milk water, tea, coffee... There is satellite TV with big programs variety.There is balcony. Furniture is brand new, beds are comfy and you can find washing machine and dishwasher. Air-conditioning works great. Apartment was really clean. It's about 5-10 minutes walk to Mero beach where you can find bars, restaurants. She recommended us her friends restaurant at Mero beach where we had lobster for 60 ECD(about 16 GBP). I would definitely recommend this place. It's great if you are group.
