We stayed only one night in this beautiful apartment but it is definitely perfect for a much longer stay! The room is large with a huge and comfortable bed, spotless clean. Furnished and decorated with great taste, we really loved it. There is also a small kitchen area, including a fridge, coffe and tea making facility, cups, plates...etc provided. There is a nice courtyard which is closed by a gate, the secure and free car parking place just in front of the apartement was a big bonus for us as we were back to home after a 2 weeks holiday and our car was fully packed. The whole place is very quiet.
Laurent is an incredible kind host, communication was easy, as we arrived he was already there to explain everything and even called the restaurant to book a table for us (which was great!) as Sunday evening fast all the restaurants were closed. We had a great stay here, would be happy to return at any time.

The location was excellent in regard to access to both the old town/city center and the LeMans circuit. The fact that there was designated parking was a plus as well. Apartment was very clean and neat. Comfortable mattress. Would stay again.

Well located and on the ground floor so easy getting the luggage into the room. Room was basic but has what you need for a comfortable stay. Laurent was a very accommodating host even with our lack of French.

Host was great, very helpful especially dealing with our limited french!. Apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Secure parking great and breakfast delivered fresh in the morning a definite bonus! Would definitely recommend x

Very friendly and helpul host. Parking in front of appartment. Easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) from historic City Center of Le Mans, with nice walk along the river. Room perfect for short stay with small kitchen.
