Nice appartment and perfect location.

A little too small.

Amazing location. This apartment is worth renting for the location alone. Good bed and sofabed. Very fancy apartment.

There were a few maintenance issues. Things that I believe could have been handled quickly if the apartment wasn't managed by a big company that just told us to wait until Monday and they would relocate us. Issues were: Aircondition not effective. The filter was completely blocked with dust. I cleaned it, but I think the internal fan had already taken damage. It was cooling but just not pulling enough air through. To add to the 35* degree heat from outside, it seems like a refrigeration plant from the shop on the ground level was emitting it's heat up through the floor. Great in the winter with floor heating, but not in the summer when the Aircon isn't working well. The WiFi didn't work. We asked for help on this from the rental company, but were not given useful assistance. Toilet was running(not a problem for us, but sad for the owner who's bill will be affected. Shower really needs a little lip to the opening where you go in. Water inevitably goes out onto the floor because of the way it's made. From here we can see it has already destroyed the door frame in the past. Several places on the ceiling in the bathroom there was damage from humidity and mold. I think this could be fixed by using a different type of paint. Freezer wasn't freezing. Fridge was cold enough, but ice-cream would melt in the freezer. Dining chairs need to have bolts tightened. The seats were very loose. It sounds like a long list of complaints, but the truth is we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and the location makes up for any shortcomings.

Lovely decorated and well equipped apartment.

Shower was not cleaned after previous visitors and packaging from used toiletries was still there. Soundproofing not great, you could hear street noise as if the windows were open. Noisy all night as apartment is very central, not ideal if you need peace and quiet.

Key pick up could've been better, was not told about deposit or passport needed at a different office location, so did not have these with me. Was not told exact location of office, is. Which floor and buzzer. However we were late for check in and the staff were very accommodating

they put away the air conditioner remote. had to have someone coming by to check unlock the closet and give us the remote. you have to go somewhere else to get the keys.

Amazing apartment for a bargain price, I had an amazing time there alone and imagine it could have been a couple or even some friends, then it is really a great price for the things they offer. Washing machine, bath products, towels, kitchen with large fridge. Wifi worked perfectly. Location very central, like 1 minute on foot to the main square. I had to pay 100 euro caution with my credit card on arrival but it was paid back to me after my check out.

Location, just steps of everything but not noisy. Plaza Mayor is almost downstairs, and the rest is walking distance. Great amenities, nice views and surrounding by great restaurants.

Only once AC in the living, therefore you cannot isolate the bedroom because it will get hot.

Very hard to park near the area. Furthermore had to get the key at the office of the company and was hard to find, while hard to park too. The company does absolutely no effort to accompany you to the appartement. Would definitely not recommend. Actually, bed was bad, room was hot despite air con, broken glass not removed, towel with sticker, hot and cold inversed at the tap in the bathroom...
