This is a wonderful property, well maintained and at a great location. Everything is close within 15-30 minutes drive. Great base location to explore Algarve. Helena made us feel welcome and maintain great communication during our stay. My only recommendation is to place a hanger on the wall for the shower head and an extra towel hanger in the bathroom; maybe new towels for the bathroom. After exploring Algarve, this was the perfect relax retreat, enjoying the jacuzzi and all the outdoor space this house has to offer.

Everything’s like on the photos, we spent an excellent holiday in Loulé! The house is very clean and perfect for a calm stay, and the location is good to be able to see all parts of Algarve. Helena is very nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à 4 (couple + 2 grands enfants) cet été, la maison est très agréable, le jacuzzi très relaxant et les figues du jardin sont délicieuses. L'endroit est à la campagne très calme avec de belles plages à 20 minutes en voiture. La propriétaire est très sympathique et a répondu à toutes nos questions ou attentes. We had a great stay in this wonderful house. A few kilometers away from the really busy Algavre coast, in a beautiful environment near Loulé. The accomodation is excellent, has a authentic feel and provides every level of comfort you need. Owner Helena is very communicative and enthousiastic, she provides great tips for visiting in the Algarve and the surroundings of the house. Would recommend this greatly!

Our stay at Helena’s place was very nice. She is a great host, very friendly and helpfull. If you want to stay in a quiet home this is the place. The Jacuzzi was also very relaxing. Loved the cats that were near the house. I recommend this place 5+ thanks Helena !

Helena was a great host and the house is even nicer than on the fotos. We had a great stay and loved it to have breakfast on the teracce or just read in the garden. We would recommend the house without hesitation.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cette maison typique du Portugal. Nous avons apprécié le verger extérieur qui nous a permis de profiter de fruits frais tous les jours. Malgré un couac l 'arrivée, Héléna est une personne très agréable et prenant soin du bien être de ses hôtes (elle a même apporté un jouet et bouée à mes enfants). La maison est bien situé à proximité de la ville et des axes routiers

We had 8 days here in August 2019 and it’s a fantastic property. It’s a great location for exploring Loule, the beaches and north into the hills. It’s a really quiet and relaxing location and the hot tub was perfect during the day and evening. Would highly recommend

Lovely stay for me and my family , Helena was very informative and accommodating to our needs for early check in . Would highly recommend this to family’s who would love a relaxing holiday with a true Portuguese feel :) . Loved loule village still feels untouched by tourists and very traditional:)

We stayed here for 13 nights. On arrival we were welcomed by Helena who was fantastic from start to finish. Helena was very friendly and helpful and had great communication skills throughout our stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean inside and out and very well presented. It was equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location was excellent,less than a five minute drive into Loule and only a fifteen minute drive to the local Trafal beach. As a family of five,it was a comfortable size with plenty of space to lounge around on those hot days. Air conditioned bedrooms was a lovely bonus. There were plenty of various fruit tree`s around the garden which the kid`s loved to pick there own fruit and almond`s from. Cleaning and communication throughout was exceptional and would recommend staying here to all. Thanks very much Helena for all your help and may see you again very soon.

Alles war sehr sauber und wirklich schön. Die Lagae ist sehr gut und ruhig. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Sehr nette Begrüßung und perfekte Übergabe. Super Garten mit Liegen in der Sonne zum chillen. Liebe liegt hier im Detail der Besitzerin. Einfach Top! Liebe Grüße aus Wien

La maison, que nous avons trouvée très facilement, est extrêmement bien située en Algarve. A 3mn en voiture de Loulé, de son super marché et des belles halles du marché, pour le côté pratique... Pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir l'arrière pays ou se balader de Tavira à Lagos, son emplacement permet de rayonner en peu de temps. Helena est une exquise personne. A notre arrivée elle a été très accueillante et soucieuse de notre bien être, prenant soin de nous indiquer quelques adresses et informations pratiques. Sa maison a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. En parfait état, elle est confortable, alliant charme et fonctionnalité, et offrant de beaux espaces. Les chambres sont climatisées ... Les espaces extérieurs ont été très bien pensés et réalisés. Tout est en parfait état. Le jacuzzi était ultra agréable. Tout était dans un excellent état de propreté et rien ne manquait au niveau des équipements. La maison et ses extérieurs ne subissent aucun vis à vis. Helena a été une propriétaire délicate et discrète. Nous accueillant avec fruits, bouteille de vin, etc...Elle n'est repassée (après nous avoir prévenus ) qu' une seule fois durant notre séjour, quelques minutes, pour l'entretien du jacuzzi. Merci à vous Helena, votre accueil et votre maison nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances ressourçantes.

La maison est vraiment très agréable, belle, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La seule chose qui, pour moi, manquait... un lave-vaisselle, j'avoue qu'en vacance c'est appréciable. La propriétaire a été charmante et attentionnée. Nous étions avec 2 petites de 2 ans et je les laissais vadrouiller sans aucun problème et sans inquiétude. La maison est proche de Loulé, de son marché et du supermarché. Nous avons profité de la plage (Vale do Lobo à 15mn), des balades dans les terres, S. Bras de Alportel, et de balades nocturnes à Olhao, Quarteira et Faro à 30mn de voiture environ. Nous sommes également restés à la maison et avons énormément apprécié le jacuzzi! Pas besoin de sortir et d'affronter la foule quand on peut passer un moment tranquille entre jacuzzi et jardin. C'est une maison dans laquelle je retournerais avec plaisir et sans hésitation!

Accueil très chaleureux et des attentions (vin, gâteaux, fleurs...) de la propriétaire qui montrent son envie de faire plaisir à ses hôtes. La maison est très bien restaurée et décorée avec goût. Le Jacuzzi permet de bien se rafraichir. Loulé est tout proche avec marché poisson mais aussi supermarché. Les plages sont à 20mn en voiture et nous avons beaucoup aimé praia da faleisa. Si vous cherchez un séjour typique et loin de la foule vous y êtes. Merci a Helena pour son accueil.

Loule is about 3 minutes drive from the villa and has a lovely undercover market ,numerous little shops and restaurants and a couple of decent supermarketsThe owners of the villa, Helena and is mother, were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Helena receive us in the villa and showed us where the supermarket in Loule and various points of interest were. The welcome pack of milk, wine and selection of goodies was very much appreciated.Lots of nice places to visit within a short drive of the villa - Faro old town is quite interesting and the beach at Quinta do Lago is stunning!If you like a pretty place to stay, tranquility and excellent service than this is certainly the holiday for you; would we come back? Like a shot!
