We came down from Michigan and stayed at this property for our first Disney Experience. The property was within 25 min of the park. We really enjoyed how cozy the home was. Our kids loved the pool while the adults enjoyed the hit tub!!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

The property is great for those who want to be close to the action, but who also want time to relax away from the many wonderful attractions in the area. Disney World and Universal parks (among others!) are within east reach. For those happy driving, either coast is within reach. The property also gives you somewhere to genuinely relax after a day out or even if you want a day off from exploring.. The private pool area is fantastic. Indoors there is plenty of space for much larger groups than us. We are already trying to work out when we might be able to go back! Many thanks to the local team and owners for helping us to have such a great first visit to Florida.

This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy while visiting Florida for our nephew’s wedding. It was comfortable, clean and convenient to the wedding, Disney and restaurant.

This was our first time using vrbo and we had a great experience at this house. The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The location was right near stores, Publix, Walmart, CVS, etc. and within 30 minutes of the parks. The pool and hot tub were great! We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was very warm. We can’t wait to book this home again!

Your villa is amazing it's just like being in your own home 😊..we just love it..this villa has everything that you could possibly wish for and the pool is fantastic after a days shopping 🛍..we would definitely recommend this villa to our family and friends and can't wait to return. 💖💖

We stayed in this house I believe 7 days. Outside the house looks a bit older than the pictures but inside was spot on. Everyrhing was very nice inside. Would be great for a large family. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and the master bathroom had good shower pressure. There were tiny tiny ants in the toilet area on the floor. I just cleaned them up. I did not call management as they did not come back. The pool and spa were nice. Ours was warmed. Did take the spa about 2 hours to heat up to spa temp. So plan on turning it on a bit earlier than needed. Plan on buying toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwashing soap and all shower soaps and shampoos. They ask you to put a load in the washing machine but supplied no soap for that wash. And we bought soap for the dishwasher also. We left behind all of those things so hopefully the next renters will be lucky and have things to start there trip with. There is a dollar general less than 5 minutes away. Then there is a Publix,CVS, Taco Bell, and Dunkin’ Donuts less than 10 minutes away. There is a lot of traffic on one of the roads out of the sub division so plan on that on your trips to Disneyland or Universal. Overall, a nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Chose this property for it's proximity to Disney World and the pool/hot tub. House was great; pool was awesome. Had a problem with the pool which took a little long to get fixed but would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it.

Property was great! Spacious, clean and comfortable.

Plenty of room for family of 5. The pool and hot tub was wonderful especially with heat! The garage was full of plenty to do for the family. The owner was quick to respond to any concerns. Would definitely book on the future

This home was just as listed. The pool was nice and warm, the owners responsive, and the house was spotless. We hope to be back!

It was our 2nd year at this property & enjoyed it as much as the first year.

This home was perfect for our needs. The beds are wonderfully comfortable after a day at the parks. The commute to the parks was convenient and easy. The floor plan is perfect for groups and would be great for two families with kids (not our situation but could see it functioning really well for that set up). Home was very clean and easy to check in/out of. We would definitely stay here again.

This villa was perfect for our holiday. We only used the kitchen for basics but it was well equipped and had everything you could need for a full meal. Everything was spotless when we arrived and check in and check out were seamless. We loved the pool and playing on the football and snooker table. Would recommend!

Let me say first of all that the house is lovely and the pool and spa were great. The kitchen had everything that was needed and was clean and tidy, as were the bathrooms and ensuites. Where we had a problem was that the window ledges in all the rooms were dirty on the day we arrived and I don’t just mean dust, this was grime. It was obvious that none of the ledges or fly screens had even had a cloth run over them for some time and some of the grime had spilled onto the carpets, which was a shame because the carpets were otherwise fine. I would expect whoever is responsible for cleaning the property should have noticed this. On the original pictures the single beds in one room had red covers but on arrival they had been turned to the gold side. On closer inspection we found the red side to be stained. One of the sunloungers was broken on arrival and credit to the owner when I emailed her it was replaced the next day. This however should have been picked up by the management company and replaced before our arrival. The last problem we noticed was that in the garage there was a football game table, unfortunately some previous tenant had spilled some sticky liquid on it and had not cleaned it up, again this should have been spotted by the cleaning crew. All in all we had a great time at Sandy Ridge and I wouldn’t want to give the impression it was dirty, it wasn’t, it was just slightly let down by the windows and the bedmat. I mistakenly emailed the owner with the few things that were broken instead of the management company, but they were put right the next day.

I would definitely recommend this villa to everyone it has everything and more that you look for in a villa, it has such a warm homely feeling as soon as you walk through the door, the villa is spotless and the pool area has plenty of seating and the view over the lake is wonderful, we had lots of lovely evenings just sitting at the pool with a cuppa we can't wait to return.

It was all we had expected & even much more. The weather was great, as well the pool was so enjoyable. We have already booked another vacation for next year. When we called on the management staff they were always very attentive to our requests. Thank you to everyone who made our vacation a big success.

We loved it! Wasn’t a huge fan of having to buy every little thing when it came to cooking and cleaning. Most rentals we’ve stayed at at least have the basics from previous people who couldn’t take things home with them. Pool and hot tub heat went out halfway through the week so by the time we realized it the pool was freezing for our last day there :( disappointing but still a great house and we would def stay again.

Stayed for seven nights in this fabulous villa. Rooms were immaculate as we entered, spacious and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. The weather stopped us using the pool area but it looked lovely from the inside. All in all a good stay and a great location for everything.

Location is great, short drive to everything, shopping and major attractions. Quiet neighbourhood. Overall it's perfect and I would highly recommended it.
