Nice decor. Comfy beds.

Not clean. Many webs and spiders on the ceilings. Fuse tripped twice. No kettle, iton or ironing board.

Located in a quiet, residential street. Easy walking distance to the town centre. Secure car parking space. Warm and comfortable accommodation.

Generous space and Generous host. Booking.com failed to inform host of our booking and host was extremely surprised when we showed up. Property wasn't ready however new mother dropped everything to spring into action to rectifying this matter. Received a text to tell us it was ready and arrived to a lovely card and bottle of 🍾 bubbles. Kind approachable host and facilitated us with help regarding gate and fan ect. Very clean 👌

Extremely heavy gate and hard to open 😪 hurt my hands but host offered ice and help then made sure the gate was left open for us so we didn't have any further issues. Instructions on how to work appliances and TV ect would be a good idea as we couldn't operate anything and you kinda feel bad for disturbing host ...especially as shes a new mother. Rug would benefit from some attention but that is for feedback purposes only and would definitely recommend

Property is in a quite residential area but close to all that Brighton has to offer.

There wasn't a freezer, would've liked even a small one for ice cubes.

Perfect location, close to shops and a 15 minute walk to beach. Plus it was close to family we were visiting.

Main gates could do with an upgrade, a bit stiff & awkward to use.

It was lovely & quiet.

Loved the drive for off road parking, very happy to see Woodpecker in the garden, clean and very well presented, Very secure and quiet location. Very close to shops.

Maybe tea and coffee on arrival,loads of sugar available.

A lovely bolt hole, 5 mins walk to the seafront at Hove. You stay in the out building of the hosts home, accessed by a passageway at the side of the property. Secure and secluded, a great conversion and use of space provides two spacious double bedrooms, bathroom and large cooking, eating and sitting space.

Immediately loved it! Very high standard and quality accommodation, cozy, but spacious, well stocked. Easy walking to Hove or Brighton and the sea! Friendly hosts, let us park our car there. We do enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful property, good facilities & great location. A short walk from Brunswick Place where there are shops, eateries & buses into Brighton. I would highly recommend staying here!

Modern, well equipped, clean and warm. Truly delightful and a very short walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Close to the sea offering great walks and plenty of entertainment. Will definitely be back.

As it slept 4 and there was only a three seater sofa in the sitting room another chair would be welcome.

Lovely place, all very convenient and clean. Easy interaction with friendly hosts. Perfect location for a family.
