Mooie accommodatie, maar zeker ruimte voor verbetering (in combinatie met de prijs kwaliteit is het niet waard). Daarnaast was er erg vriendelijk personeel (veel aanbevelingen voor bezorging van eten doordat geen roomservice beschikbaar was). Verder ook leuk ontvangen doordat het onze honeymoon was en konden we bagage laten liggen omdat we in de buurt gingen paragliden.

We hadden de Royal Suite geboekt waarbij de jacuzzi niet volledig was gevuld en vies was. Dit werd wel netjes opgelost, maar zou van te voren moeten worden gecontroleerd.

It’s beautiful, the room was stunning and spacious . The decor and views are the highlight . It’s quiet and in the best part of Knysna. Breakfast was great . Mini bar and main bar fully stocked . The owner and the staff are incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for activities and places to visit in Knysna and the surrounding areas.

Jo and Pattie were wonderful. We had left our passports at a previous hotel. They were very helpful in making sure we were reunited! The hotel is very welcoming. It is in a beautiful location. The rooms are lovely, with very comfortable beds and the breakfast was the best we had during our 2 week holiday! I would like to come back and stay for longer next time.

The Jacuzzi facility was great. The view from the room was also beautiful. The room was well prepared upon arrival. Receiving the cheese board as a welcome presentation was a nice touch as well.

Though we were well received by the receptionist on arrival, the person who came in on the morning was particularly unpleasant to interact with. For one, though the breakfast was said to be available between 08:00 - 10:00 (with last orders at 09:45) they were unwilling to prepare breakfast at 09:30 when my wife asked them to. The receptionist alleging that the chef had already "closed" the kitchen. Secondly, at around 10:10 (with check-out at 11:00) the water in the room for Showering and bathing was freezing cold. This was despite there being no loadshedding at the time. Lastly, at around 10:45 the receptionist kept coming around to the room to remind us that "check-out" was at 11:00. We found this highly inappropriate and unnecessary considering that we were fully aware of the rules pertaining to this. It seemed as though there was a rush to have us vacate the property, which was clearly in bad taste and utterly unacceptable.
