Breakfast was good and there was a clean efficiency everywhere in this massive hotel. Room was well equipped.

Noise! Our room overlooked a busy street and a coach parked under our window with it's air-conditioning running all night. Next night there was a pop concert next door.

The ONLY good thing I can say about this stay was the location was perfect for my business.

It was closed! I arrived and it was all locked up. Had to gain entry by opening the door with a code that had been e-mailed to me! Reception was shut. Bar was shut. Resturant was shut. Gym was shut. Pool was drained. I didn't see anyone until half way through breakfast. This was only after I had wondered around the hotel looking to find the switch to turn the lights on in the breakfast area. All in all, very dissapointing

Very nice and friendly staff. The indoor pool was nice, even though the changing rooms and the way to access them hade a bit of a prison maze feel to them. Breakfast was good and parking easy.

The way to access the rooms through outdoor attic corridors gave a very negative impact. Better lighting in the common areas would have been nice.

Huge pool and sauna always available. Location of the hotel and breakfast are perfect. Personel is also very good and professional! Parking spot always available.

There is quite a lot of people in the summer, and with that amount you would expect a lot more personel around the facilities. For example, this is hotel, not a resort with parties. And when you stay with your small child you don’t expect people to walk around the pool area naked and drunk and having wild screaming sex for hours in a room over the one you are staying in. Don’t get me wrong I am not against love I am all for it but I think for the hotels “relaxing” reputation that’s not what people should be coming for. No one is controling pool area so people are coming from all sides whenever they want through the fire escape door with dirty feet and in their dirty shoes even if it is mentioned that it is shoe free area, not to mention that they are coming all sweaty and dirty after hikes, fishing and what not and jumping directly to water without shower, like I said no one ever went there and controlled people’s behavior. Water in the pool should be lot warmer. When asked if it could be warmer, feeling is that it was even colder after. I guess in the afternoon when it is not that busy they probably turn off the heating and try to save some money on the el. bil ;) Don’t get me wrong, this was our second time there, and I’m sure it’s not last, we love it there. But I simply cannot say it is value for money. I think for that kind of approach to service, it should be a lot cheaper, even for swedish standards!

* Small and uncomfortable beds. * No AC, room really hot(this is in late June!) Not able to open the windows during the night due to being located on first floor. Could not sleep. * Outdated interior(rooms) * No really effort from the hotel to make the visit feel nice.
