The hotel is nice, well located, close to downtown. The male receptionist was nice, gave us some nice tips about where to go, friendly.
The morning female receptionist was clearly bothered by our presence, wanting to pay the bill. Maybe there is a cultural barrier we did not understand, but asking for something should not bother people in hopitality.

The guy at the Reception was very helpful and always smiling.

The staff were really nice and helpful and the location great. The rooms were clean and generally comfy. The biggest plus is the parking.
The breakfast was ok, but there weren't almost any vegan options and the food was the same every day. There were no chairs on the terrace, therefor we couldn't really enjoy that amazing view, although chairs are advertised in the photos. It was rather disappointing

The staff was totaly friendly and helpfull. The room and bathroom were very large and clean. Also the breakfast was very good. Tolaly recomend this place!

We had a lovely time here. We booked a 3 person room because it was the only one left. But it was a big room. We really liked it. We can’t recommend it enough! perfect location to see the fortress

Only the view was nice
The food was terrible and not enough choices, coffee is very bad. There were stains on the carpet, dirty leather on the bad frame. Receptinist was trying to be polite but obviously not genuine

Lovely hotel 1 minute away from the Tsarevets castle. Amazing view (I booked a room with the castle view, and it was really nice). The hotel provides parking, 10 m away from the building (a very good option, taking into account it's an old part of the town) for extra pay (was 10 levas per day Jan, 2023). There is a terrace on the roof, available all day long. The hotel itself is cosy and comfortable, with a lot of Instagram-friendly decorations in the hall. Good breakfast, a teapot and a refrigerator are available in the room. Clean room was quite big and warm (I was there around January, 10th, e.g. the weather was really cold).
Wi-fi is too weak to reach the 3rd floor, so I switched to a mobile one (the mobile connection was perfect). Breakfast is served 8:00 - 10:30, but when I came 10:00, the choice was already very limited, so I recommend to come earlier.

The roof offers an amazing panoramic view of the town and Tsarevets. The room was comfortable and the shower powerful. The breakfast was good, the yogurt and honey in particular. They had a baby cot all set up for my family without having to ask.
Nothing really, but the coffee at breakfast could have been better. Not a fan of Nescafe.

The location was excellent with a great view of the fortress. We had this view from our room and the roof top terrace. The staff changed a bit during our stay but the first guy we met was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good choice of food.
The terrace was a nice thing to have but the furniture is in a poor state. The breakfast had a good choice but the quality was only fair and the coffee wasn't great either.

Very nice view from the terrace, big and clean rooms.
At 9:30 the breakfast looks like leftovers, most of the food was already cold.

The rooftop terrace was not arrange that good. the chairs were broken and the tiles were a little messy
