Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la maison d’Anna qui nous a réservé un accueil très attentionné. La maison est agréable et cosy avec une vue dominante magnifique et un joli jardin doté de tous les meubles pour profiter de sa tranquillité. La mitoyenneté de la maison n’est pas un handicap car les voisins sont discrets. Enfin, la maison est très bien située pour découvrir cette magnifique région (Ligurie, Gênes, Cinque Terre, Toscane, Pise, Lucques , Florence...). Un grand merci à Anna pour toutes les indications laissées dans la maison pour tous les aspects pratiques, les bonnes adresses et les visites à faire.

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und sehr sauber Ausgestattet. Alles dar was man braucht. Die direkte Nähe zum Nachbarn war etwas überraschend.

Wir durften zwei Wochen in Annas wunderschönem und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbringen. Wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen da zur Begrüßung ein kleiner Präsentkorb mit einem handgeschriebenen Brief in der Küche wartete. Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen für einen entspannten Urlaub ausgestattet. Auch ist das Haus ein sehr guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana oder auch die ligurische Küste. Sarzana als nächstgelegene Stadt ist sehr sehenswert und jederzeit einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten das Glück Anna auch persönlich kennenzulernen und selten erlebt man so einen liebenswerten und sympathischen Vermieter. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und sagen danke liebe Anna für zwei schöne, erlebnisreiche Wochen in Bella Italia.

Idealer Startpunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge.

Traumhafte Aussicht und schöne Gegend. Super Strände und alle sehr sauber. Sarzzana ist ein Besuch wert. Wir konnten die Vermieterin und Ihre Familie persönlich kennenlernen - man trifft selten so nette und bezaubernde Menschen. Ein tolles Erlebnis für meine Familie und mich. Wir kommen wieder

Sehr freundlicher Mailkontakt mit der Vermieterin Anna, offensichtlich sehr bemüht für einen tollen Urlaub zu sorgen. Kühlschrank voll mit Aufmerksamkeiten, dazu Obst und Schokolade für die Kinder. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, ca 15 min zum nächsten Strand, weiter schöne Buchten in fahrbarer Nähe. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen vielleicht, dass der Garten und Sitzplatzbereich von den Nachbarn als Durchgangsweg genutzt wird und deren Terrasse unmittelbar angrenzt und es somit nicht ganz so privat ist, wie es sein könnte. Die Küche ist im Gartengeschoss (die schwarze Gusstüre auf den Bildern) unabhängig vom Rest der Wohnung und ermöglicht leicht Zugang zum Sitzplatz. Überall Sitzplätze im Garten verteilt, die immer einen schattigen Bereich ermöglichen. Wir waren im August mit 2 Kindern dort, Temperatur warm und gut aushaltbar.

In the house there was a book with a lot of good descriptions of good places to go. Good restaurant. Beautiful beaches, etc. A great help as you experience the bedst of your vacation. that was the first time we were in Italy on vacation, Great ice cream, delicious food and fine wine. Beautiful nature area. I hope we will one day come back. In the Danish winter we will talk about our successful holiday. Good holiday to anyone who has to be lucky to experience this beautiful house.
